There are many people who are interested in UFOs who have never seen one. A lot of these folks really want to see one, but here is a story about a man from Great Britain who is even betting money that he will see one.

Geologist Lawrence Tout has wagered £1,000 against 1000-1 odds with bookmakers William Hill that in the year of 2009, there will be a major, definitive UFO sighting that will be confirmed by either the UK Prime Minister or the US President.

Tout said that "I’m not a gambling man. I invest in the stock market, which might be considered a gamble during the current economic climate, but I’m quite adverse to gambling and usually cautious with my money."

He is certain that the UFO predicted by Blosson Goodchild will eventually arrive, and soon. Here is a question I would like to ask all of you: "How much money would you wager that a UFO will make itself known to the world next year?

A few years back, I did a television interview with the folks at KLTV, located in the eastern part of Texas. They were some of the most open minded folks I had every dealt with, and it was actually a pleasure to offer my time for their show on "UFOs over East Texas."

The researchers have just released an excellent report on an alien abduction that occurred to a woman who lives in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. Jane Nelms claims that after seeing a brilliant, white light in 1973, her ordeal began.

She encountered five alien beings, who soon took her to their craft. She tried to resist the aliens, but had no control over them. The abductions became ongoing. Although she could recall bits and pieces of her encounters, it was not until 1993 that she, through regressive hypnosis, recalled most all of what she had experienced. Her story includes almost everything you could imagine-abduction, experimentation, pregnancy, and even the termination of her pregnancy.

I found a short article on the Internet that brings up a good question that I think our readers might want to think about. It is called "How Would Creationists Justify the Discovery of Extraterrestrial Life?" The key to the question is that the writer is assuming that if life outside of our planet was discovered, the beings would not look like humans, in other words, their origin and ours are totally different.

Of course, a creationist, at least used in this sense, if one who believes that God created Adam and Eve as described in the book of Genesis. Now, the query is: Who created these other beings? If the Bible is our total knowledge of God Almighty, and there are other beings totally different than ourselves, they would not be the offspring of Adam and Eve, right?
