Here is an interesting report from the United Kingdom. A councillor from Hampshire is demanding answers about aliens on earth. Adrian Hicks, known for his report of a strange, alien being a few short weeks ago, is wanting replies from what he calls a top secret group called Majestic -12, often called the Maj-12.

This group, according to many researchers, was formed shortly after the Roswell Crash of 1947, and has been a topic of debate for many years. Allegedly, it was formed by US President Harry Truman, and was entrusted to keep all UFO information from the general public.

Group membership is limited to highly trusted, above top secret clearance individuals, made up of scientists, researchers, military brass, and others.

Allegedly, these men serve for life, or until their health prohibits them, and then, and only then, is a replacment needed. Is this group legitimate, or just a fable? What do you think?

The middle of November brought a upswing in UFO reports. One of the states involved was Nevada, with the center of action being the city of Ely. MUFON Nevada State Director Mark Easter is investigating the strange reports.

Easter believes the old "5% adage," which states that about 95% of sightings can be explained by conventional means if all of the pertinent data was available. However, the 5% is the part he is concerned with.

Easter also states that there are more and more videos being submitted, and some are quite compelling, including one which clearly shows a white object moving across the sky, with scale provided by trees in the shot.

There is a new video from Russia making waves on the Net. As a matter of fact, as of this writing, it was the top-rated Russian video on youtube.

Allegedly, a triangle-shaped object is seen moving over the Kremlin. This short, daylight film was taken by a passing motorist. Again, here we have claims of a fantastic event, but little information to back it up.

Columnist Leonard David of Space.com has written a very detailed article on the hunt for documents relating to the Kecksburg, Pennsylvania Crash of 1965.

As you may recall, NASA was filed on by the Coalition for Freedom of Information to obtain documents on the incident in 2002. The Coalition won the lawsuit and in October 2007, NASA began releasing these documents, or at least some of them, and finally concluded the release this year.

The Coalition accused NASA of delaying their hunt, and are not at all satisfied with what they received, except that they were able to confirm that NASA does investigate objects that come from outer space. There were, according to the Coalition, documents missing and even destroyed.

Do you believe that NASA was forthcoming with their documents? Do you trust our government's response was truthful?

Here is a case file that was sent through the MUFON open files network. It is a contact case, but just remember, more investigation is needed to verify the witnesses' claims.

While at a family get together near Monahans, Texas, several of our reporter's younger relatives came running into the house, excitedly claiming that they had seen a plane crash in a nearby field.

A group proceeded to the site, but there was no plane to be found, but something much more sinister was seen. Check out my article on UFO, Aliens, Seen in Texas, and be sure to comment as you see fit.

Here is another video that you should have a look at. Yes, it comes from youtube, and there is not a lot of information available, unless you speak Spanish. This is one of my pet peeves with youtube videos, often there is just not enough information on a video to make any kind of judgement on the character of the witness, and nothing much on location, time, date, etc.

That being said, the video clearly shows a UFO that certainly looks real. What we do know for sure is that the video was taken in the city of Tepec, Mexico, by one Pedro Hernandez, who also appears in the video. Check it out, and comment as you see fit.

This week, we are looking at some reports from the state of Illinois. Our reports begin with a motorist who was driving toward Carbondale, and sees another vehicle frantically flashing its headlights. He looks up to see a glowing, green ball moving at a high rate of speed, but that's not all - on the other side of the highway, he sees a low-flying triangle UFO.

Another Illinois report was made by a man who woke up from sleep to get a drink of water. He opened a window to get some fresh air, and saw three objects all in a row. Suddenly, one of them began to move. Our last report comes from a man who saw an object fly one direction, stop, and fly completely backward.

I received a report recently filed by a group of paranormal investigators from Australia. The group was aiding in a tour at the Fremantle Prison, closed in 1991, and now a historic site. It has become a popular tourist attraction there. The event occurred this summer. It was about half an hour after sunset when the object was first seen.

I received mail not long ago from one of our readers who had a report to submit. He states that on the evening of November 21, 2008, he was driving on a rural road when he saw a group of flashing lights in the sky. His sighting occurred in Leesburg, Ohio.
