Russian Ufology Today
Friday December 16, 2005
I saw a very informative article from Fate Magazine, titled Soviet Ufology. The piece was written by researcher Vladimir V. Rubtsov, who gives us the present state of Ufology around the world, and especially in Russia, in his opinion.
One of the most important points he makes is how the general non believing public judges UFO reports mainly by its dark side. In other words, if one sees 10 good, reliable reports, and then one that is hoaxed, they will judge the entire field of Ufology by the bad one. I suppose this only goes along with the old adage, "One rotten apple spoils the whole barrel." Remember, judge each case on its own merits. There will always be the bad ones here and there.
