A Logical Explanation

Wednesday March 8, 2006
UFO Almost any UFO researcher who is worth a dime will tell you that a good number of reports of UFOs can be explained by something other than a spaceship from another world. Misidentified objects can turn out to be a number of things; airplanes, planets, atmospheric conditions, the Moon, helicopters, space debris, and the list goes on and on. However, there is always that small percent of sightings that defy any of the "conventional" explanations for what an unidentified flying object is.

Logic Explains Most UFO Sightings by Roberta Manusco, tells us that using logic will explain away almost all of the reports of UFOs. Citing recent events in Australia, we are told that one was the planet Venus, some were lights from a Mack truck, and some a plane's vapor trail, according to Queensland University of Technology academic Stephen Hughes. Well, I am glad that someone finally has the answer to a mystery that has been with us for over a century here in the States. Now, the next time someone reports to me that they saw a landed UFO glowing on a road that blocked their vehicle, I can just tell them to use logic, and pick one of the answers above. Some things, like UFOs, just can't be solved using logic.
