Winged Creature Encounters

For a time, as I was organizing files for my website, I was not really sure whether to include reports of the Mothman, or the Flatwoods Entity. Some people don't think that these types of cases are part of ufology. However, there was a definite sighting of a UFO in the Flatwoods case, and some iffy reports in the Mothman case. In most recent years, we have had several incidents of reports of flying humanoids, along with photos and video. Laughed at by some researchers, but not so with those who have encountered these strange beings.

US secret archives contain records of encounters with winged humans gives us a good look at this phenomena of winged creatures. Along with some nice background material, the 1922 case of Nebraskan William S. Lamb, who claimed he saw an eight foot tall winged creature fly like a plane, and then land in a nearby field, is presented. The creature then began walking into the forest, and Lamb began to follow his giant foot prints. Because of the heavy snow, and dense forest, he lost track of the creature. This case is from the U S Air Force files, which also contain other similar case files. At least the Air Force took this case seriously at one time.
