This Week's Sightings

Argentina: The tranquility that characterizes 27 year old Alberto Oliva's job as a watchman was suddenly shattered in the wee hours one morning. The radio went dead, lights turned off, and the motors of the treatment plant that he guards stopped working. When he emerged from his shed, he saw an enormous light made up of different colors which lit the premises and moved in a zig-zag motion. The object remained there for a hour and a half. This is one of the several tantalizing reports I received this past week. One excellent report with photograph came to me from Guatemala. A photograph by Jeysen Caban Fernandez, taken during the Good Friday processions (14 April 2006) in the Central Square of Antigua, Guatemala is shown to the right. A little different from some UFO shapes, but an excellent, clear photograph. Could this possibly something conventional? Well...maybe, but what?

This week's Filer's Files has a number of interesting reports, and a couple of them are accompanied with photographs. I don't know what you folks think about the photographs of Mars, but personally speaking I have a hard time seeing what some people say is there. Please comment on this if you wish. One of the sightings that I found really intriguing was one from a man in San Fernando, California. He was cleaning up after an Oscar De La Hoya fight, when he saw a triangle shaped object with all three tips lighted up. He called three other family members who also saw the craft. Also included is a report from the National UFO Reporting Center. This report is from Portland, Oregon, where several different individuals saw two groups of lighted objects. These objects seemed to hover for a time, before moving on. Then, shortly thereafter, another similar group of lights was sighted. There are several other good reports, so go over and check all of them out. So, until next week...keep watching the skies.
