This Week's Sightings

Although UFO sighting reports have been a bit on the slow side lately, there are still quite a few good ones coming in. I received, courtesy of www.analuisacid.com, several very compelling photographs that were taken in Acapulco in December, 2005. A thumbnail version can be seen to the right. A series of pictures were taken by Jose David Mendoza Terrazas. I also received an extremely interesting video from good friend and videographer Rich G. from Phoenix, Arizona. I also want to point out that I posted an excellent report I received from an about.com reader, W. L. D. Be sure to check this out, Object Lights, Then Disappears I believe you will find this is one of the very best eye witness accounts of what a UFO is capable of. Of course, the big story around the Net has been reaction to the MOD's release of their so-called "secret UFO files" which we have discussed here before.

Filer's Files this week also discusses the MOD report, and also there are, as usual, some pictures of Mars. There were a couple of reports with photographs which are interesting. I found this report from Orange, California of great interest, especially if I can obtain the film. "I was filming my parents' plane taking off at John Wayne Airport but that was non eventful until I later viewed the footage at my house and saw what looked like little black orbs appearing and dancing around disappearing once again only to reappear. Footage contains two distinct frames where an otherworldly craft (flying at least mach 10) crossed the camera's viewfinder. 1st frame shows a thin profile of a metallic object and the second frame clearly captures the object performing a mind boggling bank maneuver. I surmise it happened too fast for he naked eye to see." You will also see a report of a Triangle sighting from Mississippi, red discs from Oregon, and teardrop shaped objects in Israel. Well...until next time, keep your eyes on the skies. That's where the action is.
