Latest Sighting Reports

Friday July 28, 2006
UFO There have been a lot of sighting reports lately. One especially interesting photograph contained on Filer's Files was taken in Coral Springs, Florida by Carmen Padila. A crop of this image is included to the right of this report. I have sent an email to her trying to obtain more information on this, and will publish it here if I receive a reply. Buzz Aldrin's admission that the Apollo 11 Astronauts saw a UFO during their Moon mission is a hot topic right now, and I will touch on that in a couple of days. Let's look at some other notable sighting reports.

A biker riding on California's San Bruno Mountains spotted a distant brown object. It seemed to pace him as he rode along, Soon, he lost sight of the object as it disappeared. In the Dolores River Valley of Colorado, a witness in a hot tub saw two grayish spheres, one slightly higher than the other. The two objects moved in unison. The two UFOs were only about 100 feet high. Near the Mississippi River in Illinois, a silent object was observed near a radio tower, hovering about the same height as the tower. Amber lights in the form of a "V" formed the object. The object was seen for about eight minutes before disappearing. Another triangle object was seen in Massachusetts. The witness reported that the object was as large as a football field. In my home state of Texas, a man saw three craft moving at a very low altitude, moving North to Northwest. The craft were as near as 100 yards from the witness. Another triangle was reported in England, this time, a glowing, orange craft was seen. The witness was first alerted to the object by a "clicking sound" in his head. These are only a small sample of what is being reported flying through our skies. So, until next time, keep your eyes on the skies.

Hello, concerning the Coral Springs photo - what is interesting about it? The black spot masking the sun due to CCD overload, or the disc-shaped lens flare? Just wondering if I’m overlooking anything there.
