Black Triangles... Man-made or ET?
Wednesday December 20, 2006
The modern UFO era supposedly began in 1947 when pilot Kenneth Arnold reported sighting nine unknown objects over Mt. Ranier. The term "flying saucer" was actually a news reporter's take on Arnold's description of the objects being like saucers skipping across the sky. The conventional flying saucer shape was, for many years, described as being discoid, usually with a domed top. This "standard" has been used in countless movies and other media reference. This might be changing, however, as we now have a lot of reports of "orbs," "cylinder-shaped," "egg-shaped," and most recently, the enigmatic "black triangle." As I look through sighting reports each day, it is amazing to me that these triangle reports always seem to come in clusters. Some weeks, almost all of the major sighting reports are of these triangle craft, usually a black color. Keep in mind, it is very difficult to pin down the exact shape of some of these, as they may be reported with a slightly rounded front, and sometimes a "V" shape slice is missing in the middle, which is often called a chevron or delta.
"Silent Running" Black Triangle Sightings on the Rise is an excellent article on the triangles written by Leonard David. David gives us some basic information to start with: black triangles are normally seen flying very low, very slow, often near cities, and moving over highways. The objects are not hard to spot, often employing bright lights, clearly seen in night skies. The daylight triangle report is very rare. David gives us some insight into the National Institute for Discovery Science report on the subject. The gist of the entire report can be summed up like this:
“The United States is currently experiencing a wave of Flying Triangle sightings that may have intensified in the 1990s, especially towards the latter part of the 1990s. The wave continues. The Flying Triangles are being openly deployed over and near population centers, including in the vicinity of major Interstate Highways.”
He also reports on the possibility of covert operations, yet according to the NIDS, the triangles do not appear to be unmanned surveillance craft. The craft seem to fly without regard of being spotted, and do not adhere to the government pattern used with the F-117 or the B-2 stealth bomber. Are they man-made? or... are they of extraterrestrial origin? Take a look at this great piece of information, and keep looking for these strange, black objects. They may be coming to a city near you soon.

Just finished reading “silent running black triangles” by Billy Booth. Has anyone, say in the past ten years or so,ever mentioned one that was not only,”silent”,but was for the best part of the sighting completely transparent!!! Wherever it came from I don’t know. But when I looked into it further,I was surprised to find the particular section of the Bootle/Seaforth dock area it appeared from just happened to be a section funded by the same European Commission that were paying for new fighter planes! I do believe it was man made, from this Earth, but the technology maybe wasn’t.
A few speculative thoughts–
It is possible that such occasional sightings are intentional– by the US government– as a strategy to “soften” the eventual impact on and acceptance by the US public at large of admitting finally that UFOs are real. Consider also that there have been a few reports of sightings of triangular craft with apparent US military markings (as I recall, one such in California last year?) Imagine for a moment the reaction of a (partly disbelieving) public to an admission by the government at long last that it has been lying to them for 70 years or more. Given the level of cynicism that resulted from Watergate and Viet Nam, one can only imagine the anger of the American electorate to such a revelation. Consider also that the government never does anything arbitrarily concerning release of sensitive classified info. For example, the revelation of the F117 fighter and B2 stealth bomber aircraft– after many years of operational secrecy– was done specifically with strategic purposes and intentions in mind.
The flying of such craft at night is not an uncommon procedure for secret aircraft, especially reconniassance craft. Crews do need training and experience, and military reccy operations typically take place over built-up areas, e.g., Baghdad in Iraq before the recent “wars.”
These craft appear to be designed specifically for low altitude reconnaissance operation, and the silent nature of their operation suggests in turn that they could likely be lighter than air craft, but configured with “cloaking” technology to alter and camouflage their appearance, as well as silent-running engines for propulsion. They likely employ as well use of radar-absorbant/ paint and otehr technology, as well. Unlike other UFO craft, I do not recall reading of any low altitude sightings of black triangles involving sudden high speed departures or rapid acceleration to high level altitude. If true, this supports speculation of the lighter than air craft theory. That such sightings have also been correlated to locations nearby USAF installations further supports this theory.
Just food for thought….
An addendum– I don’t mean to suggest that all triangular ufos fit this particular “mold,” as there are a number of significant variations reported in such craft (various sizes, sharp versus rounded corners, shape-changing, wedge-shaped, black versus white, performance patterns, etc.) The tremendous variety of such reports really boggles the imagination– check out the hundreds of sightings listed on NUFORC’s web site as just one example. But the “black triangles” do tend to fit a standard pattern, all the same.
There has been quite a bit of speculation that the black triangles are actually a “stealth blimp” developed by the US military. This is not to discount the possibility that they actually are of ET origin, but there is definitely the possibility that they are terrestrial objects.
Why these are being deployed so profusely, whether by ET’s or as some covert operation of the military, is the “question du jour”. Byrne913’s comment regarding the apparent transparency of one of these objects raises the possibility that (assuming it to be of terrestrial origin) the object was fitted with a form of cloaking device which is known to be under development. One type of cloaking device which has been proposed involves an array of thousands of LED’s on the bottom surface of an object, those LED’s being controlled by computer so that they generate colors which match the sky behind the object. Another type of cloaking device which has so far only been successful in the microwave frequency range involves different technology and is under continuing development.
The very profusion of black triangle reports warrants serious inquiry as to what they actually are.
I think there is an operation going on, to try to get people to get used to seeing anything that looks like a UFO,by using look a likes that are man made machines. This way when the star people visit, Those who won’t believe won’t go ballistic and cause another world war.I know there are those who would except some knew life..But I am also sure there would be those who would not except something from out of this world.
I believe that there has always been something or someone from our past still living among us.UFOs have been seen all through life, but when they did that Philadelphia experiment, I noticed that more UFOs where seen after they did this test.So all I can say is…. we found a way to go into a different dimension or those in that dimension found there way out into our world.I also think maybe with that test they may have sent out some type of sound waves and then our UFO star visitors followed it here.If they are that far ahead of us in technology or with a different technology..They probably caught this test right away and decided to check t out.
I think the black triangles are mostly of earthbound origin. I think the boomerang shaped craft are of ET origin. World governments have been doing a good job keeping the public off balance when it comes to the topic of UFOs and extraterrestrials. A government info leak here and there which is quickly discredited brings out the skeptic in many a believer.
