That Familiar Smell of a Cover-up

Tuesday January 2, 2007
Recently, there were several reports running around the Net about a UFO being sighted by United Airline personnel on November 7, 2006. Several employees of the company did confirm the observation of a saucer-like object that actually hovered over O'Hare International Airport for several minutes before blasting through the clouds, and leaving an eerie hole there. The employees are now upset because airline spokesmen are denying that the sighting took place.

Although air traffic controllers denied seeing anything unusual that day, as many as 12 of United's employees have stated that the event did indeed occur. The strange thing is that even though United denies it, the Federal Aviation Administration said that the air traffic tower control tower did get a call from a supervisor at United asking them about the sighting. It only makes sense that if United was asking about the sighting, they had to get their knowledge of the event from someone, and would not that have been the 12 employees that saw it? I smell a cover-up here. I'm hoping that more info will be released soon. See the entire story at United Airlines Denies UFO Report

So with 90% of humans with cell phones and 40% with picture taking capability with their phones, no one has a picture of something like this sitting in the sky for several minutes? A break, please…..

I take hundreds of photos a week. Some of which are published, and the night my family, and I watched green, and red flashes from clouds directly over our house - first week of November, 2006 - in Springfield, Illinois - I failed to get my camera.

We all had cell phones with cameras, but none of us thought to grab an image.

Why?

Just wait until you see something like this - you might not be so judgemental rstevens.

By the way, what would motivate these United Airlines employees to make this claim.

Do you think it will help their careers?

You give me a break - please.

As has been done for decades it will be covered up by denial and then spreading of disinformation, whether real or not. This occurs for many events on a daily basis, not even similar to events such as O’Hare. It is more popular to joke about things, serious business takes too much effort. This has been common to mankind and documented for decades, why should this be different. Not too many reputations and careers are enhanced by reporting UFOs, or generally anything, for the most part, that differs with widely held public opinion. I seriously doubt this will be different. It is ashame we remain in ignorant states…

Why do others doubt the airline workers reporting what they saw. I dont think they are playing with a full deck. I hope a alien appears in bed with them. Cste La Vie Gypsy
