Some of the more open minded countries have been Mexico, who was very forthcoming about the Mexico military UFO video of 2004, Belgium, which released information about the Belgium wave of 1989, and the United Kingdom, which finally gave us some of the documents relating to the Rendlesham Forest incident. Another one is France, who previously released the "Cometa" report in 1999, which was related to UFOs and national defense, and also the GEPAN/SEPRA report, which was about UFO sighting reports. Now France has announced they will release at least 1,600 different reports on UFOs to the world at large as early as March of 2007. Hopefully, there will be information that will enhance the case files of some of the best known French sightings, as well as open some new ones. Those of us who are studying the UFO mystery are always calling for our governments to release information that they are hiding from us common everyday citizens. We know that they are not going to do this in the United States, but thankfully, that attitude is not prevalent everywhere. There are some countries who are more open minded about UFO information. Even some military institutions from other countries are not afraid to release information to the public.

“Open-minded countries”? Ah . . . the United States? Are you kidding? The U.S. is way too busy spending its tax payers money being the largest military super-power of all time to be interested in the concerns of its citizens least of all UFOs. God! Washington can’t even get health program going for its own people!!! But, develop a bomb – no problem. Thank you, U.S. for depleted Urainium and its fall out!! If there was ever a time the world needed some extraterrestial supervision it’s now.
The only reason we don’t show ourselves is because France is considered one of the most backward societies in the Galaxy.
I will be very interested to read the French reports. Although, as with pretty much any batch of UFO reports, about 95% will probably turn out to involve misidentified terrestrial objects/phenomena, the 5% that can’t be explained may contain information that will help shed light on UFO’s in general.

Evolution is completely obvious on this planet. If you can’t see that your an idiot. So why can’t it be on another planet. This universe is just one of multiverses created by a big bang long ago. There is surely other multicellular organisms smarter than us out there. So to deny the existance of aliens or to say the govt. has no time to look into the matter is just idiotic.
