The complete report includes witness statements, maps, hoaxed photographs, and more. The summary makes no excuses in stating that a round, revolving, gray, metallic flying object of unknown origin did hover over O'Hare. This confirmation only goes to strengthen the case that there really is something out there. The report adds that the object was present for up to 18 minutes, and in a shocking statement that the hole in the sky formed by the exit of the UFO was present for about 14 minutes. They also state that the hole in the sky was created by either a radioactive source, or a super-heated object.
These findings come to the conclusion that the failure of present day technology to detect the object is a sad statement, and the modernization of equipment is recommended in case of a future, similar occurrence. See the synopsis, and download the complete .pdf report at the NARCAP web site.
