More MoD Files
This has caused a big boom in articles from all over the U.K. The recently released files from 2006 show 97 sighting reports. Some of these are quite intriguing, but remember that officially the Mod does not investigate these cases, unless they present a threat to the national security. Some of the most interesting cases included an elderly couple reporting aliens looking into their window, a man reporting a massive bang in the sky. He then saw two large fireballs streaking away. In another unusual report, a silver pyramid was reported moving through the skies of Sunderland. In Staffordshire, a mother ship with two smaller ships was seen. None of these cases were revealed publicly until now.

The reports are sort of vague. It would be nice if they had photos available like the MUFON site. I also like to know the number of witness who observed the UFO. The best UFO reports are those seen by many people and where photos are taken. I like a background report on education/employment of the main witnesses. If one person sees something you really can’te tell if it’s a good report or not. There are lots of people out there who are not viewing things objectively. They might see a bird and think it’s a UFO sent by God. …or see flying pyramids related to middle age mystical societies.

Re: Tom’s request above – Tom do you believe in UFOs? And what do you mean when you ask that question? Is your assignment to find out whether people believe in UFOs and why they believe in them, or is your assignment to discover whether UFOs are “real”. No one can prove the existence of UFOs for you at this time. You will have to review the existing evidence, decide for yourself what you think about whether UFOs exist, and then write a report based on what you have learned from your own efforts and research. This site may be a good place to start gathering your information.

I will go along with what she said in that you can’t prove UFOs at this time, but there are thing that are more likely than other things and UFOs and earth lights look like the best bets at this time. Earth lights are almost a sure thing I feel. UFOs look pretty good also, too many sightings that can’t be explained away by other possiblities. I will also go along with Authur C Clarke and say that it’s very difficult to disprove things. He said he cannot even disprove things like ESP and reincarnation. Even the amazing Randy I feel would like to be able to prove the existence of these things, but noone has claimed his million dollar prize. This means that some things are much less likely than others. You should stick to the scientific method when evaluating things though. Religions possible association with UFOs is pure connjecture. Religion in my mind is pure conjecture. It’s taken me decades to lighten the religious beliefs that my family has ingrained upon me.
Hello, I would like to know why you idiots are reading any thing about U.F.O., If you think these photos are fake, why are you reading about them. I think it is sad that you have nothing better to do with your life. I think all of you are on drugs or drunk. I think all of you are crazy. I dont question the reports on U.F.O, and the Federal Goverment is aware of U.F.O. but are keeping us in the dark about it. Amorte Yvonne
Yvonne “amorte” What’s with the attack? Did you take a minute to understand the context of the comments before you launched your hateful little diatribe (look it up)? Some person who can barely compose and spell a logical sentence is asking for some help with an “aciment”. She or he was asking for someone to prove the existence of UFOs for her/him. Who can do that? Can you? I would be willing to provide input, but I will not do this person’s work. I said nothing about whether I thought any photos were fake and I said nothing about what I believe or don’t believe about ufos. I see no need to burden another person with my opinions and I am wide open to any possibilities, no matter how disturbing and/or wonderful. We don’t seem to have enough compassion or intelligence to survive as a species – I’d like to think there is some positive higher intelligence that might reach out to us in a helpful way. If we destroy ourselves we destroy a piece of the universe or multiverse or whatever it is. I hope there is a power out there that will hold us up, wake us up and guide us in resetting our path.

If you can’t stop yourself from attacking others and my understanding of how you are using the word amorte is correct, you need to stop using it. You’re not quite there yet. This Yvonne is nuts, and more likly to be the psychotic?. I do not see the psychotic behaviour coming from linda but from Yvonne, Where did this attack come from and on what basis? Sounds like Yvonne is the one on Drugs
