UFO Sighting Reports

Thursday November 22, 2007
I want to wish all of our readers the best Thanksgiving ever, and I hope you enjoy this week's sighting reports. All of these were received via my personal mail.

Arizona-2007-In Tumacacori, a group of people were doing some sky watching, when a few small lights began moving erratically in the night. All of a sudden, three more, much larger and brighter objects were visible, flashing in a series from left to right. The brightness of the lights made it impossible to discern a shape. Finally, one more object appeared to their left, the other lights moved upward, and then they all disappeared.

Nevada-Nellis Test Range-1988-1990-The witness was working on the Nellis Test Range at Tonopah, and one night around 11:00 PM a very large aircraft of some sort flew over at about 250 feet altitude. It was at least 100 yards wide and probably the same in length. It looked as though the bottom of the aircraft was painted to look like the midnight sky full of stars.

The commander made them go inside the hangar while it passed overhead and tried to tell them that it was a C-130 refueling a couple of A-7s. None of them believed this story. There was absolutely no noise from the aircraft at all, and it was traveling at about 50 miles per hour. I contacted the witness who further described the object as a triangle with lights at the three corners.

New Hampshire-Hillsboro-I think you will find this interesting. I've always believed in UFOs. But there was always a part of me that doubted since I had never seen one. I still have never seen one. But my husband did. He's keeping hush about it because in all honesty it freaked him out too much and he doesn't want people to think he's crazy.

My husband is an honest reliable person and would never 'make up' things. He doesn't drink nor does any drugs. He didn't even believe in UFOs up until that night, that's how much of a 'rational' person he is. It's crazy what he saw, but after talking for hours about it, he saw what he saw and there's no rationalizing it. Because your eyes CAN play tricks, but your ears don't. And he saw and heard. So here's what he told me.

He was driving home from work at 2 AM. He works second shift. This was last Friday night (two weeks ago). He pulled off the exit to our small town. He drove and off to the right in a parking lot by a gas station he saw a really bright light. He said it looked like headlights on top of a light post. That's how low it was. It wasn't moving, just there. So he didn't think too much about it. Maybe he just never noticed that street light before, so he drove up further and then the light is over on the other side of the car so he's like 'what the heck?'

So he pulled over and turned off the car and got out and looked around. Nothing. Turned and there it was. Right behind him. Just lingering in the air. It was silent with no lights. Then the lights went on. He said they looked like headlights. And it made a noise, like a V-8 and then it was gone. He got in the car and drove the other 2 miles to our house. He sat in the car for a few minutes thinking of what he saw, and determined that he just temporarily lost his mind.

So he got out of the car and the motion light went off. So he walked out to the road away from the house and stood in the road and the motion light went on and there it was again, behind out house, just above the tree line. A bright light-and it didn't make the V-8 noise until it started to move.

He took out his phone in hopes of getting a picture, but when he flipped it open there were 2 black lines going down each side and it was frozen. He couldn't do anything to it. Then when he looked back up it was gone, but he could see it way up in the sky.

Now this story coming from anyone else I would have my doubts. But there is no rational explanation. Helicopters linger but are noisy and create a wind. Planes move too fast even the hydro-planes move: they don't linger in the sky. He literally had goose bumps for 2 hours. I'd like to hear what you think about this. Submitted by one of our readers

Rhode Island-Cranston-November 14, 2007 Between 12-1 PM-Witness went outside for a smoke, and noticed an object zooming by through the clouds. The object was a gray color, and shaped like a missile. Suddenly, it changed course, went over his head and vanished in a heartbeat. He thinks the object was about the size of a garage. The object's rapid movements were beyond that of normal planes. There was no military base anywhere near his location. He has no idea what the object could have been.

Texas-Dallas, TX on November 6, 2007, the witness was coming home from work and upon arrival at about 6:30 PM, he went to his backyard to do some sky watching. It was a very clear night with little moonlight. Suddenly, he noticed a wishbone-shaped object almost directly above. It was very defined and symmetrical, a craft of some sort. It seemed relatively low and fairly large-between three and four fingers wide, with hand held at arm's length. It was completely silent and moved very, very steadily from North to South. He watched the object for about 20 seconds, and then ran to get his wife, but upon their return, the object was gone.

Syria-Damascus-November 14, 2007. Time was between 5:20- 6:00 AM "local time." The witness states that: "I was standing outside on my balcony, and suddenly I saw a black object at the horizon with no lights at the beginning. It was strange that it appeared suddenly. Then an intense light was produced by this object which was greater many times than the star's light. The object had a small rectangle-shape and the light was produced from the top of this shape and it looks like many lights. I do not confirm that this object is a UFO but the sudden appearance and disappearance accompanied with intense lights is unforgettable and odd to me. Submitted by "Bimo"

That will end our session this week, but I hope to see you next time for more UFO sighting reports. Until then, keep your eyes on the skies.

If the flying saucers (UFO) are real I would not have any fear of these folks. To travese the universe tells me they have an ineffable high degree of technology and spirituality, because they had millions of years with the capability to kill themselves off and they haven’t done so. To get to the nearest star it would take almost 5 years at a speed equivalent to a vehicle that could go 6 times around the earth in 1 second. They probably come from stars billions of times farther than the nearest star. If someone came from the nineteenth century to present day and witnessed what we take for granted, they would believe we use magic. With the size of the universe beyond comprehension you would have to be naive to believe we are hermits in it.

What are the UFOs doing in this neck of the woods. Surely, they would not want to communicate with an evil, insane civilzation on the cusp of nuclear extinction. There must be trillions of civilzations that have been or are just like ours. Have you ever had that eerie feeling that you are reliving an experience that you did in the past? Could the flying saucer folks fast rewind our existence to see what led up to our demise? It is a far out theory, but there have been many far out theories. Back in the 1920s Goddard pioneer of rocketry stated that one day man will go to the moon. He was considered a nut case by the New York Times. Back in the fifties I said man will go the the moon in the near future and I was considered a nut case.

Hello, I think I would think twice before reporting a UFO, like the person in New Hamshire, Hillsboro people do think you are crazy when you mention U.F.O.s. I am glad he did report his sighting, I do not think he is crazy. Amorte Yvonne

(5) John Borowski says:

I agree with Amorte Yvonne. If I saw a UFO I wouldn’t report it. The huge majority of people that would denigrate you because it is politically correct (Or else) to do so is just not worth it. Although I have never seen a flying saucer, I know honest people who have seen a UFO.
