UFOs: A Unique Mystery

Sunday May 11, 2008
Recently, I was asked this seemingly simple question by a reader: "Just what are UFOs, anyway?"

Ah! The mystery of the UFO. As for me, after many years of research, I still am baffled by what people are seeing, and filming. It seems that the study of these unknown objects falls into a unique class, so unlike many other mysteries. A lot of it is paradoxical: People see something in the sky that seems unusual, and the object can be captured artificially by camera. This means that something is there.

But, then again, these same objects will be there, and then not there, as if they vanished, but the question is: Where did they go? If they are material as is implied with their ability to be photographed, can they simply disappear? Do they possess a type of "cloaking device?"

Hard core science will tell you NO!, but then how do we explain what happened? As some theorize, possibly they are slipping to and from a parallel universe, or another dimension, as it were. This has not been addressed by hard core science, except by a few fringe theorists, because it is an anomaly, and we are just not that far advanced to explain it. The mystery of the UFO continues, and reports continue to be made, and photographs taken.

Of course, I could ask our readers. "Just what are UFOs, anyway?"
