UFO Captured on Video from Airplane
Only yesterday, I received a report that was sent to me through the MUFON network. Their reports are no different than any other UFO reports, some are very compelling, and some are not. And today, it is especially difficult to find good photographs and video of UFOs. I believe that the following report is an exceptionally good one, with an excellent piece of video.
While flying on a jet liner in route to Crete, and over the Serbia Sea, a woman saw an unusual sight through the window-a UFO. She pointed it out to her husband, who promptly grabbed his Samsung camera, place it in video mode, and starting filming. The video is extremely clear, and you can plainly see a white, elongated disc-shaped object. It appears that the object was moving the opposite direction from the plane, and after a bit, it disappears from view.
I have included a still frame above right that I captured from the original .AVI file, and I urge you to download the video, and check it out. You can right click on the link I provided, and then select, "save target as." The file is small, and won't take but a minute or so to save to your computer, and will play on almost any video player. Tell us what you think about the video.
NOTE: When tracing the geography on this case later, I immediately saw that there is no "Serbia Sea," although this is exactly what the eyewitness said. More than likely, he was referring to the "Black Sea."

As much as I am a believer, Im sorry, but that looks to me like a cloud being lit from the Ionion (Greece ) Sun at mid evening.
The “movement” seems to come more from the camera than the object.
I hope I’m wrong though, as I’d love to see some disclosure on these events in my lifetime.

Probably a bird, or another plane…
well the thing with this video is hard to say what it is…..I know its not a bird its way to big to be a bird in that region or in the world. Planes aren’t aloud to fly that close to another one so two question are already answered now heres mine well statment…. at first glace it looks to be a tan like sand so some ppl might thinks is a piece of land not an island its to small to be one but has you keep watching the “UFO” turns to the side reveling that its not tan or white but silver like somet type of metel. To my nolage the world doesn’t have a plane or air craft that small, round, made out of complet metal and can move that fast when its imposible for a small air craft to ment the speed of a travel plain see what I’m saying
r since I was a little kid, I have watched the skies. I love to star gaze, even if it makes my neck sore. I have lived 5 minutes from O’Hare Airport for 32 years. I know full well what a helicopter or plane look and sound like. I have seen just about every aircraft the military displays at over 20 air shows in my lifetime. I have seen tons of meteors when I lived Arizona for 8 years. On Saturday, June 07, 2008 at 9:22 p.m., I saw a huge white orb brighter than the moon head directly over my house in a southeastern direction. The orb was silent, it moved slowly and smoothly. It was at a pretty high altitude, so the size of this thing was astonishing. I reported the sighting to MUFON and the National UFO Reporting Center. Ever since that night, I watched the same areas of the sky…hoping I would see it again.
I did see it again AT NIGHT, June 17, 2008 at 10:15 p.m. I saw what I thought was a star just light up so bright, and move slowly downward, it hovered for a couple of seconds, and I could see the shape of the craft this time. It was definitely triangular. The light that came off lit up the sky all around it like an electrical charge, and the color of the beam was a very spectacular bright bluish-white. After it hovered, it turned and took off an absolutely incredible rate of speed, and followed a commercial flight that was heading due east. It easily caught up to the flight, and passed it up as if it were standing still. I have seen some weird things up in the sky, but this was by far the most unexplainable thing I have ever seen. Only the Joint Strike Fighter Lightening II, a helicopter, or a Harrier Jet can hover like that. All I know is…both times I have seen this thing it was silent. It is my theory the only HUMAN thing I know of that could fly like that is…the Air Force/NASA experimental TR3-A or TR3-B “Night-Walker”, which is part of the Aurora program. Or it is an alien craft from another world. A shooting star or meteor does NOT hover like that, and when I see them…they flash across the sky quickly. I have never seen a meteor turn either. I will be out there with a video camera from this night on. I am located in Park Ridge, IL, but perhaps worldwide…if you want to see what I am seeing, check the skies at night…find the big dipper star formation. I have seen other orbs fly either due north through the big dipper, or just east of the big dipper. You may dismiss it as a plane at a high altitude…until it stops up there. They might deny it, but the O’Hare radar has to be picking these things up…unless they are cloaked or stealth. I am located about 3 miles northeast of O’Hare. I checked out the sky on my lunch today…June 18th at around 2:10 pm….I swear to God…I have never seen anything in my life…I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me…I saw…a boomerang….huge and low…it hovered, turned west and disappeared…Then about 15 minutes later…I saw a saucer shaped object head into a cloud formation at a high rate of speed. I will take a drug test and a polygraph….I never saw ANYTHING until I wrote ‘Nightmare Hall’…then they started showing up….Man I wish I had a camera…but they were so quick….I never would have gotten a photo…but I swear they are showing up here all the time now….and I will produce evidence and post to this site for sure…I am going to work on it….Check it out…experimental or alien…it sure is fun to wonder. Once you see it…you will believe. Just watch the skies….especially at night…I swear you will start to see something if you are in or near…Illinois….Most look like a star moving….but wait until it stops and hovers…and keep your eyes on it…and it will explode with a flash of light…and take off…It is totally amazing!! Never seen ANYTHING BEFORE….and now it is about 2 or 3 per night…every single night since June 7th….I actually lost count. Most of them are way up there…so binoculars will help if you don’t have 20-10 vision like me…But today…it was lower…and you could see it for sure….most of these are a bright orb at night…and NOT Venus…which can be clearly viewed to the east right now….I want to tell my story…but I need evidence first…and I am not kidding….I am about to call UFO Hunters or MUFON, as they will see something for sure…It happens nightly….But today was the first time I saw one during the day…You have to keep your mind and eyes open….and you will see one for sure…No doubt about it…I want someone else to confirm it….please watch the skies…and comment if you see something…take an hour at night….when you see the orb start to move…you will believe me. I guess it took a UFO conspiracy screenplay…for them to finally show up in my life. Today I jumped up out of my lawnchair when I saw the boomerang…it was huge…and black…fifteen minutes later was my first flying saucer too…what the hell is going on? No way anyone would believe me…until you see it for yourself….I swear I saw what I saw…& I cannot change that.
Re Drake Dietrick comment. Drake, I have read many such comments here. Some as good as yours and some better than yours, but that comment of yours to-day is very difficult to dispatch as pure accellerated imagining. I believe what you have written, and I believe you. I am sure the day when we will all read a report that is actually accepted and certified as genuine, by the powers that be…that that comment will bear your signature. I wish you good luck in your future findings. You of all people should own a real good camera and you should carry it with you always.
Does’nt matter how good are bad a video or a pic eveyone does’nt see a U.F.O. Has anyone notice that!!!
The outline of the object is indistinct due to the distance involved, but it is very possible that this is another aircraft operating along the same airway (presumably at a different altitude) as the one from which the video was shot.
Judging from the lighting on the background clouds, this was shot with the sun at a low angle, off to the left of the aircraft. A low sun angle can illuminate the fuselage of an aircraft seen side-on while the wings remain relatively dark. I feel like I see what could be indications of wings and a vertical stabilizer on the object, but that may just be my imagination.
I would like to know the date and exact time of day that this sighting occurred, the heading of the aircraft, its altitude, whether ATC had any other traffic in the area, etc. I would also love to see someone like Bruce Maccabee analyze the video frame by frame to see what he thinks.
I don’t think “Serbia Sea” is referring to the Black Sea, but to an unofficial naming of a sea near Serbia. It’s a bad video, but nonetheless, there is an unknown that seems to cruising along side and perhaps at a bit too close to the observer’s aircraft, i.e. if it is a regular aircraft. Either that or it’s a very large unknown seen from a distance.
Getting close to sunset I sometimes a moving object high in the sky. It’s brilliantly lit, almost a yellowish bronze color, and quite a startling sight shining up there as noticeable as it is. But then I realize it was an aircraft reflecting the sun as I hear the jet noise as it passes. Was this video taken late in the day when the sun was low in the sky? Of course, I didn’t see a contrail but that might not necessarily mean it’s a certified UFO depending on atmospheric conditions and such.
…i have been observing the “lights” drake talks about for years, lots of activity in the dark skies in s.w. penn., i have informed the local mufon and the answer is just enjoy the show, we’re all aware but unless something really special happens just sit back and watch other intelligent life forms do their thing…but i will verify to you all that there is alot going on above our heads and if its happening at nite its happening in the day as well, many times theres no waiting to pick one out when you know what your looking for, 10 15 min. maybe at times but its constant activity, its always up there always going on…my guess is perhaps when we finally find that life is common in the universe it wont be quite the shock when they decide to make contact, perhaps they know something about the upcoming earth changes, the punctuated equalibrium type, a pole shift,etc. and their monitoring maybe to use the planet after, the point is we dont know..its a fun show to watch at night..enjoy
