UFO Sighting Reports
California-08-30-08-Fresno-On Saturday, August 30, 2008, at 11:00 PM, my husband and I were sitting outside in our back yard looking up. Since we had seen a UFO previously, we go out now every night. Up in the west we saw a star, we think it was a UFO, because it went between two stars and then headed towards the south near a bright star, it was still moving, and looked the same size as the stars that are farther away, then the clouds came and when they cleared it was gone.
We were really surprised. It was up with the stars, way up, and the same size as the little stars, so I would say it had to be big. Then we saw toward the northwest, the same thing. It went between two more stars, the same size as the other one, but going north.
It finally faded out. Now, we have seen the space station and other man-made objects, but these were different. Then on August 30, we saw a green and red object not blinking, kind of rounded, yet straight, it was difficult to explain. We watched it from the north in our back yard until it went out of sight, so we ran to the front and it headed south. It was lower than a plane would be, and the light changed to solid red as it went by the airport. It was higher than a helicopter, and made no sound.
As we were following it, a plane went over, but was higher than the object, and then a police helicopter went by, heading to the west. The plane headed south, but the red object appeared to be going to Kings Canyon Mountain. We could hear the plane and helicopter, but not the red object. I can't say for certain, but I really believe it was a UFO. We have jets here also, but this was different.
I wonder why there are so many sightings, could they be getting ready to reveal themselves to us? My husband feels that it probably came from the airport, but I have lived in my home for 40 years, and have never seen this before. California-August/September, 2008-Sacramento-During the last three weeks of August, 2008, I have seen as many as seven UFOs in the skies above Excelsior Road in south Sacramento, California. They stay as long as three hours in the sky, shifting up, down, and side to side. They are of different colors-red, blue, white, amber, and green, as they spin around.
On September 3, off Fulton, there were four that appeared at about 10:30 PM, and by 1:19 AM, there was just one. I did not believe it until I saw it myself. It is exciting! source: http://ufos.about.com reader Linda
Minnesota-08-31-08-04:45 AM. This morning, three coworkers and I observed a triangular pattern of 7 red lights moving west to east over the St. Louis River in Cloquet, Minnesota. These lights were moving slowly toward Duluth, about 15 miles away. The formation consisted of two groups of three lights in the back, and a lead light in the front.
I could not tell if the lights were connected, but they all moved in unison. When connected, the lights formed a perfect triangle, although the rear string of lights was not a straight line. We did hear a noise, but nothing like an airplane. I am sure this was not a plane or group of helicopters, or anything from the nearby airport. I believe it was a large ship of some sort. The lights were bright red, and the skies were clear. I would like to talk to anyone who may have seen these. Location Unknown-08-31-08-Saturday night at 9:48 PM, I saw 6 UFOs cruising the night sky from my backyard. They looked like they were flying in a formation, spaced apart at the same distance. When I took the pictures, I saw solid masses of an orange light, but in the pictures they look like streaks of lights.
The sighting lasted until 10:15 PM. These lights were heading west. This is not the first time I have seen these lights, and what surprises me the most is how frequent they are becoming in the cities and the little attention they get as if they do not exist. I was not the only one to see these lights in the sky, and can I say I was a bit shaken by the whole experience, not because I am afraid of what is flying the craft, but because I have seen UFOs before, but never in formation and wonder what this is about and why does the government like to pretend they do not exist.
I would also like to add that I do live near a major airport, and can't believe that they are flying directly in the flight paths of incoming or outgoing planes. I also know that what I saw was NOT an airplane. source: http://ufos.about.com reader Dina

I HAVE HAD THREE OCCASIONS AT NIGHT , I WAS JUST LOOKING UP INTO THE SKY, I SPOTTED A BRIGHT STAR OR WHAT I CONSIDERED A STAR. I KEPT MY EYES ON IT , AND AFTER SEVERAL MINUTES, THE BRIGHT LIGHT JUST FLEW STRAIGHT UP AND DISAPPEARED. I MENTIONED THIS TO MY SISTER, AND ONE NIGHT WHEN SHE TOOK HER DOG OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT, SHE ALSO SAW A BRIGHT STAR, WHICH AFTER SEVERAL MINUTES, ALSO SHOT STRAIGHT UP AND DISAPPEARED. I NEVER MENTIONED THIS TO ANY ONE ELSE. LOCATION BRADENTON FLORIDA 1990, 1993 AND 1995
These California sightings are really quite interesting and, I must admit, they are just about the most authentic sounding reports I have ever read. No sensationalizing. Just the straight facts. Comments like these certainly strike home.
I know that ufos are real because I’ve seen them on three separate occasions. Two were daytime sightings and one was at night. The night one was witnessed by at least 10 people. There is absolutely no doubt what I have seen. No one will ever convince me otherwise.
yes the dead big foot is real.Just take alook at its hand and a close look at its face. about ufos,they go together with bigfoot.Take a look at the 1950 sightings in the state of ohio.Some of it is unreal.
hey you’re not alone on the night sky sightings,they are for real.i like that “for real”;I’ll love you for ever,hey I slipped of the track there..But yes the night sky sightings are noted since man begain to leave a message to mankind.It’s when they drope down right in frount of you that makes it ral as life..you’re not alone.

were having a ciggerete as we were looking up at the sky there were many stars then suddenly we both noticed a a bright flash twice it was bright then it flickerd looked like spot light flashing twice in heading in one direction then it dissapeared so we looked to see if anything else popped up not even 20 seconds another steady bright flickering light appeared compeletly across the sky different direction except it was the same bright light like a star moving fast travelling at the same height as the stars it lasted for about 45 seconds then it dissapeared it left me amazed it was impossible that the shining bright light could disapear and then reapear across the sky in that amount of time
It upsets me also how busy our skies are with UFOs yet as you say - they get so little attention. I get frustrated by the people who look but don’t see. Most don’t even bother to look, just go about their busy lives without notice to what’s around them.
I’ve seen ufos my whole life - since young to present time, and yes, my hair is getting a wee bit gray, lol. I will relate two of the most significant sightings: December of 1997 in Cloquet, MN, I saw the most amazing one, and that was a large black V shaped craft. Then in 2002 I saw a huge black triangle hovering near Arrowhead road. It was quite awesome.
I can’t believe that I was the only one to see these amazing craft as I was not the only one out and about at these times. ???? I like to call it “The Ostrich Syndrom” - people with their heads buried in the sand.
