Hello,
I just needed to tell someone that I have seen a UFO in the sky above Brimington, Chesterfield, Derbyshire. The time was approx 7.50pm. it was my 12 year old son who brought it to my attention while we where dropping a friend of after a birthday party. The object was an orange oval shape at bottom with a dark blue ring of light above. Innitially it appeard at an angle then levelled up and moved slowly accross the sky from a southward position moving north north westerly, the object paused at one point as an aircraft that was in the sky appeard to cross it path, though the plane appeared to be much higher at the time, the object then carried on its trejectory and got fainter which gave the impression it was climbing as it was moving away. I have no doubt this was not a normal aircraft, it made no sound and left no trail. I have always been open minded and realistic in my views on the subject of UFO;s and after tonight am totally confident in the belief that there are UFO’s in the skies and the more you look at the evidence that appears to be available if you dare to look, the recent spike in sightings dose suggest there may be a reason!

I wish Andrew would have told us when he saw this very interesting object. His detailed and complete account certainly gives one cause to wonder. If the hour was 7:50 pm when he saw it, I would presume that it was not in the later months of the year because he describes the colours very vividly so it must have been at least daylight when he spotted the object. Darkness comes early in the later months. Perhaps he could offer a few more details? I find his report very interesting.
