The latest hot topic on the Net has been a video clip of Obama's inauguration from CNN that appears to show an unknown flying object moving behind the Washington Monument from right to left at a high rate of speed.
The video was taken just after Obama's inauguration speech, as Wolf Blitzer and Anderson Cooper were commenting. There have been many varied explanations for the object, with everything from a bird to a plane being offered as answers.

Celebratory Frisbee? It passes in front of Washington Monument, so it cannot be very large. The speed blur makes it look larger than it is, so it looks about the size of a Frisbee disc to me. Interesting, to say the least…
I think it’s a bird since it’s flapping it’s wings.
I wouldn’t think it’s a bird. Birds tend to fly from point a to point b directly. Not point a, hmmm I think I’ll fly over here for a second, ok point a again, now I think I’ll go to point b now but wait, I want to go backward first…
Bugs do though. I would say it’s a pretty good size bug, closer to the camera.

I have often seen similar shots to this on other everyday news broadcasts. They are pigeons and are part of the normal scene at many Washington spots, particularly in the park where the monument is. They are just like the other inhabitants of that city, only they fly naturally, not in private jets.
There is absolutely no doubt. This is a UFO. It doesn’t surprise me that they left our new president alone. They may have been looking for one of Clintons. I’m not sure. It is hard to tell.
I was at a UFO discussion group meeting last night and one of the members stated that Obama has told people that he is a StarSeed Person, has anyone else ever heard of this?

When you look at a critical analysis of this film footage there is no doubt it’s a bird.
Simply… it is an out of focus bird. Why look for extraordinary explanations when the obvious explains it? Are people THAT desperate for magical beings to be around? I guess the answer is YES. Wow.
Definetely NOT a bug. Would insects be flying at all in the extremely cold weather that day? Could be a bird-but why not in clear focus? If a bird that means it would be small which means it would be close to the camera to show up at all which means, given the camera is focused to infinity and deep depth-of-field on the camera (it is viewing outside into a bright sky, so really high f-stop = good depth-of-field)that a bird ought to register clearly. Besides, TV is at at least 30 frames per second. It ought to be a better image of a bird-if it is a bird. That’s what still leaves me with some doubt. Why is it so hard to take a TV image of a close up bird in bright light with a highquality camera? One other comment, ALL of the video captures I have seen look like they have been digitally processed to reduce fidelity-look at the lack of detail on the people walking on the mall. Again, I’m a skeptic because, if detail has been digitally reduced (remeber, the vidoe camera is digital) then it is difficult to determine what flew by. Perhaps this is just a result of the copy recording made from the live stream. However, what about real-time degradation, if it was an anomalos object breaching controlled airspace, in order to prevent a good recording of the image? That seems like a premeditated conspiracy-so I’ve kind of talked myself out of believeing that. But I still come back to the failure of a high quality camera image to record the bird. If it really is a bird, then that camera sucks!

Hi Gail I’m a Starseed person too, I have know about it since I was 7, I am now 56. Several of my UFO club members feel they are ones too. Some are Light Workers, we/they are getting ready for the next step ( you kow what I mean)

It was me, I decided to take my UFO for a ride!
That was proven to be a bird. If you watch a HDTV video of this you can see it very clearly, wings and all. End of story.
żDoes anyone seriously think that the U.S. Air Force and the FAA wouldn’t detect some craft of any kind flying without authorization over prohibited airspace in such a circumstance but at the same time, video cameras would detect it? First you would have to explain how primary and secondary radars of air traffic control, the doppler gadgets onboard fighter bombers, SA batteries, forward air controllers, the pilots themselves, their crews, the FBI, Secret Service and even the butler of the Withe House wouldn’t see the thing but at the same time, regular cameras using basic technology would.
