A Wisconsin news site is reporting that on April 16, a man phoned the police station near James Madison Park in Wisconsin, informing them he had seen a mysterious, flying object while at the park.
It was 7:00 PM when he observed the UFO, which he described as being "like the top of a water tower, but wider and taller." The witness stated that the large object was about 1,000 feet above the treeline, and eventually appeared to land behind a large grove of trees not too far from his location.
The sighting lasted long enough to be seen by other witnesses, but according to a police spokesman, no other reports had been received at the time I wrote this blog. If any new info comes along, I will update this report.

What city is James Madison Park in? Where in Wisconsin did this take place?
Sounds like a expermental air craft of some sort, perhaps military.
I have seen UFS for years and I have not told too meany people. I have served in the Army and things like that are not received well by the government. What I need to know is there a place one could report their locations and what I saw?

Amazingly, this sounds like the EXACT story my mother told us about, many years ago. She was driving home from Buffalo,NY, and people were actually parked on the side of the road, looking up and pointing. When she saw the police cars, she stopped also, to look. And there was this huge metal object just above the treeline…and she actually commented…that looks like the top of a water tower! It suddenly moved, and that’s when she decided to get in her car and leave. I do remember her coming home, talking super fast and being excited about this story, but the main thing I remember is that she had remarked that it looked like the top of a HUGE water tower- silver metal, and that at least 100 people, including state police were watching it. How strange to see this very story, years and years later!
