Updates on the Needles Crash

Wednesday June 24, 2009
Many of you will remember the account of a possible UFO crash at or near Needles, California, in 2008. Now, Ufologist George Knapp has released new eyewitness accounts of the event.

You will recall that residents of three states, California, Nevada, and Arizona, reported seeing an unknown object hurtling toward the ground. A man very near the crash site, on the Colorado River, saw the entire event.

Now additional testimony has been released. See it on my article, Update on the Needles Crash. What was this unknown object that was toted away by our military? Be sure to add your opinion.

The one thing that raises a red flag here is that a heavy lift helicopter rigged out with just the exactly needed gear to promptly snatch this thing up, and just the right eye bolts or whatever on the downed craft to mate with it was there within minutes.

Kind of exactly what would have happened fifteen years ago if for example an F-117 prototype had crashed off base.

There is a disturbing unpatriotic trend with some of the more fanatical UFO buffs suddenly feeling righteous and comfortable snooping around, harassing and exposing what they have to know are military aircraft test and developement activities.

If we are working on something really advanced, we don’t need some idiot wearing an aluminum foil hat to hide his “brain” waves announcing it to our potential enamies ten years early.

Kenneth Arnold 24th JUNE 1947.
Described what he saw as a large flying object
of which he introduced the term Flying Saucer
because of the way the saucer(disc) moved.

Besides your being unnecessarily derisive of other people, I agree with you. The reasonable explanation is recovery of military equipment.

All that can be said about this is “weird..” Here are my thoughts on it.

Odd that the helicopter would be prepared with a hook the right size and with a cable that happens to be the right tensile strength to carry the thing away. Sounds like a terrestrial object. Unless…. having recovered several UFOs they were prepared for this extraction.

Also, it’s a bit too planned that the trucks could be there within 15 minutes to perform the extraction. Unless…. they were already tracking it, before they shot it down, allowing them the time to gather the troops and equipment and set out on the road. We do have the ability to monitor the whole planet. We can calculate where something will hit the ground. So it’s not entirely impossible.

So.. for me.. it’s 50/50.

I like George Knapp. I have respect for what he does. But as soon as I read in a story of anonymous people named “Bob” that are visited by “men in black” and witnesses called “TUTU” then all credibility goes out the window. There are no men in black, no one disappears mysteriously for reporting what they see, if there were credible witnesses to a credible event then give their names, let them tell their story, have them cross examined by credible investigators and as soon as they say they have been visited by men in black or black helicopters, etc., then the story is over. Geeez. Bill

I wish things were so simple, Bill, but the historical reality of this phenomenon is a bit more intriguing. There have been several recoveries of suspected crashed UFO craft (e.g., Kecksburg)where specially outfitted recovery teams appeared in very short order to completely seal off the area and conduct sophisticated operations with both Sky Crane-type helicopters and flat bed trucks. Such incidents are typically followed by total denial by the Federal govrnment, as well as local authorities, and media are denied any information. And notwithstanding your out-of-hand rejection, the “Men In Black” phenomenon has an extensive track record as well and has been well documented time and again. Believe as you like, but I suggest you do a bit more research before prognosticating and ridiculing others.
