Aliens in the Water - Undersea Bases
In the last year or so, we have seen more and more disclosure from various countries. Now we also have some information released directly from Russian Navy officials. The web site "Russia Today," is telling the world that the Russian Navy has had numerous encounters with the unknown in the oceans of the world.
We have always had reports of USOs, or unidentified submersible objects, but for the first time, we now have reports of alien beings below the surface. Following the example of other theorists, Naval personnel state that it is very possible that under water bases exist.
Vladimir Azhazha, spokesman for Russia Today, puts it this way:
"Why not? Nothing should be discarded. Skepticism is the easiest way: believe nothing, do nothing. People rarely visit great depths. So it’s very important to analyze what they encounter there."
"The documents have existed since the time of the Soviet Union, and the materials they found are of great value. Fifty percent of UFO encounters are connected with oceans. Fifteen more – with lakes. So UFOs tend to stick to the water."
What do you think? Could the oceans and lakes of our world house alien bases?

Why not? There is so much of our oceans that we haven’t even explored yet, it could very well be plausible.
It would be an easy way to avoid detection.

I believe its a good possibility. …and with global warming melting the polar ice caps and the Greenland glaciers, there’ll be even more water in the seas and oceans in which the USOs can operate. The are down there folks…and have been down there for a long, long time. Ever the see the film “The Abyss”? It’s closer to the truth than most people realise.

This is a psychic vision, but offshore at Long Beach, CA, 2 or 3 miles, is a et base of sea operations…this base is a long term submissaable, and has been spying on the coast and more…for centuries….it has been closed and reopened several times…it is now full operational, after being put through a rehab, out in space…as it is a fully functioning space ship

This is nothing more than a ploy by the government to fool people into believing in something that doesn’t exist. I will believe when there is tangible proof that aliens from other worlds are coming to visit us here. Until I see a landed spacecraft and commune with an extra terrestial species I am not buying into this bullcrap hype

In 1970s my dad invetigated a UFO sighting over a large pond in Woodriver Junction R.I. Several locals saw the UFO hovering over the pond with a long tube-like apparatus extending into the water. One of the witnesses was the church choir leader.
No money was ever made from this and these people keep it to themselves.
Definately possible, especially when some parts of the oceans are as deep as 11,000m(roughly 36,000 feet).I think it makes sense to set up base there, especially if you want to “keep a low profile”, as they say.
Yeah, the Bermuda Triangle ? that could be the teleportation devices for going to great depths with out bursting caused by the greater pressure
20 years in the US Navy partly Integrated Undersea Surveillance Systems and some shipboard experience..I’d say it’s not impossible to believe… I’ve been out in the Indian Ocean and for miles and miles at night the underwaters would glow on bright to dim enough to leave shadows it was so bright. Mostly green lights but not always. When you see lights most of the time is it downplayed and you are sent for a Urine Test the next day. When I spotted a Contact bearing 210 Relative over the horizin approx 27 miles it turned out that Combat Information Center hadn’t anything to report till they found a small contact at 32 miles. Spotting a periscope or light even after that I was questioned many times and although It was acknowledged by the Officer of the Deck, I wasn’t appreciated for my “Eagle Eye.” The times at sea when the ocean lit up ther ewas no question about the lights and we just laughed our way through the nights.

We (humans) think that all intelligent life would be like us, talk like us, and look like us. IT may look very different and not breath air at all. IT may not speak like us using words. We are just now finding out how ocean life communicates, with color, light and sound. We think that IT has to have 2 ears, a nose and a mouth in relation to us with vocal cords. Think again…..IT may beyond our wildest imaginations.
