You may have already seen or heard about this, as it is all over the Internet, including a video on CNN. In Panama, there is a creature, or monster, if you wish, that was beaten to death by some teenagers.
According to them, they had seen the entity crawling out of a cave in Cerro Azul, and stoned it to death.
Anytime you mention the word monster, it's like beginning a conversation about religion, or worse, politics. Besides the Net, the report and photos have been on television and radio programs.

New Monster Spotted in Panama, and tell us what you think this thing is. Of course, there has been speculation that it is alien, and thereby the connection to UFOs, undersea bases, the whole ball of wax.

I have seen this report, and it is everywhere. It seems to me that someone in that field should be able to identify it, unless it is an alien of some kind.
why kill it, notify proper people and alot more could be learned by capturing it or in an alf scenario, inviting it in for dinner.

that is no sloth!!!
if you study the face of a sloth, then you can see that it is in NO WAY similar to a sloth…
did anyone else notice it looks like jar-jar binks? lol *__*

but seriously, the face looks like jar jar, the feet could be sloth-like, but i dont see the resemblance…
I think it is probably a movie prop as some sort of promotion for the film mentioned in some of the articles I’ve read about this “beast”. Regardless it’s a hoax.

This is no alien but just a symbol. A pityful sight which teaches us the inability of some humans that cannot deal with such things unknown to them. In other words what man does not understand he will destroy because of his own fear.

If might have been alien it might hav been a new breed of animal. It could have also been the last of its kind an people go an kill it i agree.. What man dosent know he will destroy.. Clearly then kids should have been charged with killing a helpless thing like that.. It just shows its okay to hurt things if we dont know what it is.. I think its kind of cute an i bet it was harmless too little ones
I think it may be another animal that is bloated and hair removed by salt water. The Montauk Monster was just a racoon acording to a well known cryptozoologist I know.
Looks like an Earth based animal, with no hair, A Sloth, or a Dog. Another hoax with somebody wanting attention. I am certain it can be identified by a Vet. Animal cruelty charges imminent? I hope so.

IF these so-called teens were sure enough it was dead to take a photo, why not take several photos from different angles? Why not put something in the picture to give an idea of the size of the creature? For that matter, why not roll it over to present fuller whole-body details? If they had sticks to beat it, they could just as easily have used them to roll the creature / object over.
The “story” – if the creature crawled out of a cave (not shown either!) and came toward them: it makes it less likely this was a being from a highly advanced civilization. That kind of action is something typical of Earth animals, not space aliens.
So, this looks more like an opportunistic effort to use an unusual sight to create publicity and attention.
Or – it could have been a Republican traveling back in time to warn us not to follow the Republican version of Evolution. “See, this is what your descendants will look like if you continue following the Republican path.”
As usual, humans kill something, but “it’s” the monster…
I feel so sorry for that creature. again we are always showing the worst of us!!! human been are really killers, we have to kill if we fell scared and if we do not understand.

It looks organic to me. There is just to much detail for to teenagers to have created it. My friend thinks that the death of it has pushed us closer to alien invaision but I think it is unliekly that this yhing craled of a spaceship. I think it is a new kind of sloth
What is typically human, sadly, is the fear we have of something that we can’t explain away.
Fear breeds defensive feelings, then adrenilin kicks in and the kill, or be killed behaviour wins every time.
I doubt young teenagers would even think to take more pictures, to represent perspective, or, the various views of anything.
A fast snap on a mobile and boastful “Look what I got”, is about as far as that would go.
It takes years to understand that ‘proof’ of anything unusual, needs more than one fast photograph and will immediately be pulled apart by ‘experts’ who were never there, and never saw an odd anomaly themselves!
It could be fake, it could be something natural, and if didn’t have arms, it could be a giant tortoise without shell, but it is strange.
I’d like to see the outcome of a DNA test.
Whatever it is, doesn’t change the fact that something big is going on around us all, here and in our skies, and mostly, we don’t see it.
