The Fourth Kind - Based on Real Events?

By October 26, 2009

Follow me on:

If you are a movie goer, and a UFO fan, you might be interested in checking out the "Fourth Kind." Supposedly the film is based on real life events in and around Nome, Alaska. These events include unexplained deaths and disappearances going back several decades.

The real event cases come from a psychologist who claims to have "the most disturbing evidence of alien abduction ever documented." Rumors have persisted for so long about the high number of deaths and disappearances around Nome that the FBI began researching them. Their findings were not so "other-worldly."

Local officials, however, are not so quick to dismiss the mysteries surrounding these cases. If any of you see the show, let us know what you think about it?

(2) PhilB says:

The movie only scratches the surface of a much bigger conspiracy by our “protective” government. 1) alien abductions were approved by the government at 10% but more are being taken. 2) There is a secret space program which has been traveling to the other planets for years and in contact with alien civilizations. 3) The cover-up has gone too far and the government now wants to find a way to piecemeal the truth without causing world panic. Shows like Stargate are not far from the truth. Search “John Lear” articles to learn what has been going on for years. There are alien bases on the moon. Mars has 660 million aliens living mostly underground.

(3) Larry Gessner says:

Just a thought. I am wondering how they would have gotten around the Dr. Patient confidentiality issue. Unless names, places were changed to protect the patients. That could be a reason why no one in Nome knows anything about this. I could be totally wrong about this, but my gut tells me that the events are real but happened somewhere else.

billy,

yes, i have had first hand experiences such as this…

yes, i do believe the govt. is involved…

yes, this is what is known as MILAB…

yes, ONLY THE NAME OF JESUS can stop these experiences…

i can tell you from my own experience-

it is a well-established fact that the US govt. is involved in satanic ritual abuse and mind control…

the MILAB experience is merely an offshoot of those experiments…

I believe in life on other planets, not in our 9 planet solar system (other than a worm or two), but there is intelligent life out there somewhere. The universe is too large for there not to be. I even believe we’ve been visited. I know were getting close to finding it & we’ll hit the jackpot sometime in the next 5-10 years hopefully.

But the things you guys are saying… GEEZ! Do you really believe this stuff? Come on guys, get real… if there’s life intelligent enough to get here, what in the world would they want to abduct us for? There is NOTHING they could possibly learn from us that they don’t already know. After all, they’re smart enough to get here, right? So there far more advanced than we are.

I’m a conspiracy theorist, but there’s a limit to the things we must believe in before it starts getting “stupid”.

Look at the things you’re saying…

“Alien abductions were approved by the government at 10% but more are being taken”

If that were true, the population of the US is 304,059,724 (june of 98) which would mean over 30 million people have been abducted. If that many people were missing, don’t you think it would make the headlines? The only thing the headlines say about UFO’s is some goofy couple claiming their kid was taken away in a UFO balloon.

“There is a secret space program which has been traveling to the other planets for years and in contact with alien civilizations”

WHAT! You can’t seriously believe that can you? If we were secretly traveling to other planets, don’t you think people in Florida would see the space shuttle taking off? The most we’ve gone to other planets are the rovers we put on mars, and some satellites we send out into the unknown to take pictures. Maybe orbit a planet or two.

“There are alien bases on the moon”

Uhhh, don’t you think we’d seem them with telescopes if there were?

Hey, if you want to believe that, fine… it’s a free country. But I have to see it to believe it…

Why do you think the Cabal bombed the moon recently? to check for water, get real they were aiming at a base in the crator. They missed due to intervention that’s why the pics of the bombing weren’t shown till days later after they could photo shop them and why people on earth saw nothing with their telescopes.

(11) lady d says:

Hey Greg, do you have to see God to believe in Him??? The fact that this has remained a “secret” for over 50 years tells me the government is being told what to say and do by “others”. I believe the grays and humans are working side by side at area 51 and we got told to shut up. Did you ever consider where microwave ovens, night vision, fiber optics, computer chips, etc come from? I say they reverse enginered a flying saucer. Or, do you really think someone made this computer in their garage??

October 27, 2009 at 4:36 pm
(12) cGREGgo says:

Hiya… Hey, I said I was a conspiracy theorist type! But I don’t get carried away with what “I want to believe” to be true.

Fiber optics, yes…
The rest… questionable…

As far as computers in the garage… that’s exactly how the first apples came out, Steve Jobs built them in his family garage withought the help of the grays!

http://www.digibarn.com/history/06-11-4-VCF9-Apple30/index.html

Now… all the rest of that stuff…

Uhhh, NO, I don’t ever recall seeing 30 million people in the Amber Alert…

And NO, I don’t recall seeing an unknown type spacecraft taking off from the kennedy space center that can make it to another planet. We don’t have anything like that. Our shuttles can’t even make it to the moon.

(13) cGREGgo says:

And about the movie…

If I knew I was going to get paid millions of dollars to do it, I could conjure up some evidence that makes it look like the budweiser frogs kidnapped my cat. Complete with photos & everything! Then I’d laugh all the way to the bank like these guys are doing.

It’s people like this that make the entire subject a “tabloid” subject instead of an actual news worthy subject. (IMO)

(14) Suzie says:

It seems the Cabal really don’t have to work very hard in hiding what is really going on concerning Star Visitors. With people like the ones who respond on this site with negative or assinine comments around, “they” never have to worry about the truth being released. No one would believe it anyway, with photo shop, and FX technology who can tell a fake ship/being/etc from a computer generated one? IF it is too fuzzy people complain that they can’t see a good enough photo to make a decision if it is real and if it is clear as a bell people say it is photoshopped.

Maybe it’s good there are ignorant people around, it keeps the Star Visitors safe from harm because we are a people who shot first, disect second and then say ooops, maybe they were friendly.

(15) Yfoog says:

The one thing that cGREG isn’t taking into consideration (that generally gets a person labelled crazy if they talk about it) is that “abducted” doesn’t mean they weren’t returned. Besides…if “they” are smart enough to get here and not be blatently observed, don’t you think they could make a person not recall being abducted? I suppose cattle mutilations really ARE just some strange bacteria that just affect and consume certain parts of the animal, huh. That’s why other animals won’t go near the carcasses (interesting thing to research if you’ve never heard about it). I realize that is a topic jump, but I believe it is related. Don’t we do the same things to other creatures right here on OUR planet? Why wouldn’t another species do it to our animals and to US? All in the name of Science and knowledge.

October 28, 2009 at 7:45 pm
(16) cGREGgo says:

Cattle mutilations – Now there’s a topic I’d like to see get solved!

I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s caused by “the grays”.

I got to see The Fourth Kind through a special preview last week. Very good. And yes names were changed to protect. It really makes you think: real alien abduction? Or Demonic possesions? I left the theater wanting to know more about Nome, Alaska and the missing people.

October 29, 2009 at 3:35 am
(21) Dick Hertz says:

Nome is a tundra community with no trees and no mountains or hills to speak of. Polar bears still wander through town. People fall through the ice and freeze to death, and since it is the only “wet” town for miles and a huge hub for shopping and travel, people come here and maybe drink too much and make poor decisions or are preyed upon by bad elements in the community. People can disappear for years to be found by accident decades later, if at all.

Reality is a tragedy far worse than the paranoid rambles of mildly delusional lower 48ers.

(22) Ross says:

Yfoog is right. Why do people believe that a different intelligent species isn’t going to do the exact thing we humans do to everything we discover. We take it out of its enviroment, we cut it up, observe its parts and label it and preserve it. If people are abducted at least they are return (most often?). The part I find so annoying is when people say, if they are so intelligent, why don’t they simply drop on the white house lawn? Even if they are more adavnced in technology, it doesn’t mean they have the answer to everything! How would they know one building from another unless they spent some quality studing us. And stop calling eachother names, this is an imporant forum that should not need that type of name calling behavior.

you’re entitled to believe whatever you like, but i bet you’re in the minority josh.
most people believe that there is life outside our planet – and most of those people are open to the idea that it may be visiting us and that world governments know more than they are saying.
i wouldn’t go as far as PhilB with out some more proof, so i’m with you there, but the basic fact remains.
i think movies like the fourth kind (and the recent show “i know what i saw”) will help open people’s eyes on the subject.

I personally think this makes for good horror flick but probably a bunch of hogwash. Let me see if I get this right, you live in an area known for snowstorms in which you can’t see two feet in front of you, and wild bears wander down city streets, and yet ppl mysteriously disappear? Imagine that. If if any of this is true, all I have to say is we better get the Enterprise built in a hurry and start recruiting for Starfleet!

(27) Darryl says:

Aliens do exist. There is so much evidence to prove it to. For example, the ancient batteries, lights, and calendars that were discovered. And theres no way in hell some guy invented the computer in his garage. Honestly we have never even been to the moon. Theres absolutely no way we went to the moon in the 1960′s, we didnt even had digital watches in the 60′s, the technology just wasn’t there. No wonder they recently missed hitting the moon with a missle several times. If we can’t invent a small missle to hit the moon on the first try, how did we build a shuttle and touch down on the moon in the 60′s? The government has and will always be able to convince you to believe whatever they want. So believe what you want, but aliens do exist and I believe we’re all going to find out in 2012.

Well I read several reviews, they all trashed the film. I saw the movie and then read the reviews, I can’t say I agree with any of them. I am not a ufo crazie. It just sounded interesting. The movie was not trashy as some state. It apparently had the audience enthralled. It was real enough that I decided to see if their was any truth to the Nome sitings and the FBI investigations. I went to college, I am educated, I personally liked the movie, and from what I could see so did all of the audience who apparently seemed to from theworking class here in Yakima Wa- what can I say- I
enjoyed the film, the gal next to me jumped several times, it was what I would call a phycho thriller.

How can people be so close minded..when the fact is that Space is so incredibly large..that we cant even fathom how large it really is..and in all of that “space”, out of all the uncountable amount of Galaxies, with Solar Systems of their own..we were the lucky ones to have life only on ours.. its just pure ignorance to think like that…those that dont believe are probably religious..in that case, the thought of life on other planets goes against everything they were brainwashed to believe..We like to think that “we” as a human race actually know something about anything..when the reality is, we know nothing..in the grand scale of time itself…the human race has not even been here for a blink of an eye, or even a fraction of that…and we claim to be almighty…but what if…what if..there are species that developed far before our time…now think how far our technology has come..for the small amount of time weve been in existence…now think of how much can be accomplished if we had millions of years or even more to perfect our craft of science…this is most likely where these “other species” are at…now if we were them…and we came across a primitive species..that we knew nothing about what would we do?…most likely start taking samples and dissecting..to see how they tick..and to see how they differ or how they are alike to our own anatomy…now if we did this, we wouldnt want to compromise our being there, by just barging in…no, we would do this as discretely as possible…to prevent alarming the masses..that would just make it harder to go about our work…they may be advanced in tech but they also arent stupid..now if the government knew anything about this..do you think they actually tell us..”the general public”?…of coarse not!..because if they did it would cause a world wide panic…its not healthy to believe everything the government tell us to believe…because after all they were built on lies upon lies…because those who hold information and technology hold power…if everyone knew what they know…they wouldnt have any power….why do think religion was created?…to control the masses, and to keep them acting accordingly…Aliens are far more believable than any god..plus it just makes more sense that there would be Aliens..not to mention thats theres more proof about there being aliens..then there is or will ever be about all of your gods combined…have you ever thought that gods and aliens are one in the same?…A greater entity, with knowledge and power far beyond our own?..i can go on and on about this…and how ridiculous peoples ignorance can be…nows the time to face facts and start believing in Science..because its the only real truth we can really rely on…because science is only truth…it either is or it isnt…and whatever is in between..will eventually be answered in due time.. Watch “Ancient Aliens”… i think it will definitely change your perspective of the unexplainable…or even “UFO’s in the Bible”…these shows are very interesting, and worth a look…you can prolly find them on youtube…we should really be searching for our own answers instead of being “brainwashed” by religion and government…but i guess ill leave it at that..im pretty sure ive ranted far too long on this..lol..all im asking is keep an open mind..lol..cause closed minds dont get fed?..lol i dunno..food for thought.

I saw the movie and it is highly entertaining. I know the Bible indicates that there are other worlds with other inhabitants. I don’t think the Government would want us to know the truth if there were such visitations to our planet, it surely would cause world wide panic. In reality, think about this, what if our Government was visiting a planet with a lower inteligence. Do you think we would be thoughtful and kind. I think maybe it would be more like, dissect and discover. I don’t see our cicvilized world being to sentimental over other beings feelings…. All good terror is based on some kind of fact.

The movie was a farce! I know enough of what takes place to know deep demonic voices are not part of it. I also question the films blurriness every time something happens. If the director of this picture was tampering with what he/she considered evidence, that person should be discredited as a director. It is one thing to say you are using your creative talents and it is another to say everything is real! I say to the director, grow up! Keep your day job and if this is your day job, heaven help is all!

But for those of us who have seen the fourth kind, didnt their voices seem all too familiar? And didnt something click when the father alien claims to be god? honestly i saw the video of the ufo that flys over the tyler residence and the video where they all get abducted at the end in the room. but now no matter where i look i cannot find these videos. so i do believe the government is covering up some aspect of this movie which scares me. their faces in the movie were so… hopeless. i think thats why they feared what was coming, because what the “neighbors” do to them. they torture them and reveal the most hopeless statement you could possibly hear. i am…GOD.

well….ive seen the film…ive read your comments…and all i can say is you lot are seriously screwed up! I pity your families! That film was designed to create ‘mass hysteria’ and it clearly has. Stop arguing over the government this the government that…unless your on your way to becoming some government official the chances are in your lifetime you will never know! There is no definate answer as to whether anything exists…whether we landed on the moon blah blah blah so quit saying yes and no based on your opinions and based on what you want to believe. What i do find interesting (having studied psychology at degree level) and a masters in hypnosis myself is that the film is largely centred around hypnosis…yet to date there is no proof / evidence that hypnosis is accurate and reliable, there are no efficacy studies or validating studies that exist, Even if the film is based on ‘true’ events, on those grounds it is flawed from the outset. People ‘conjour’ up stories to meet the needs or to construct some sort of explanation as to why something happeed (a coping mechanism) and it is proven that it usually results in irational thoughts!
So pick your brains all you want, go read some more google pages and yahoo citations but unless you can post circumstantial evience, that is valid and reliable in these circumstances no one here or anywhere else for that matter can say yes it exists because that would simply be …irational. You are all simply looking for an answer to something that is a mystery and fitting it the way you would want it to be fitted. Possibly because its exciting?! You might wanna check your sources for any of this ‘information’ you post regarding the subject, alot of information such as what ive read here are posted by what ‘institutions’ call ‘evidence’ what you fail to realise that these institutions are funded to pushthese subjectswith no hard evidence to broaden scopes of thinking. Kind of like psi and esp in the field of transpersonal psychology, take a read and youll see what i mean!

Deceptive marketing campaign

The film’s trailer states that the story is based on “actual case studies,” but did not specify any cases. As a result, much speculation has arisen regarding the search for documented evidence from the actual cases and whether Dr. Abigail Tyler is a real person or a fictional character for use in an internet viral marketing campaign.[5]

On September 1, 2009, an investigation by Noori Grewal and the Anchorage Daily News examined the validity of the film’s premise, and its relation to actual disappearances that have occurred in and around the town of Nome. The investigation found no specific events to back up the claims in the film and also revealed that unsolved deaths in Nome are no more frequent than any other small Alaskan town. The consensus is that the high rate of alcoholism combined with the harsh landscape surrounding Nome accounts for a majority of disappearances (just as in other remote areas).[6]

On November 12, 2009 Universal Pictures agreed to a $20,000 settlement with the Alaska Press Club “to settle complaints about fake news archives used to promote the movie.” Universal acknowledged that they created fake online news articles and obituaries to make it appear that the movie had a basis in real events.[7]

(47) Suse says:

I also just saw the movie 4th Kind. It was thrilling from beginning to end. There was nothing wrong with the real footage. I dont know if anyone caught it or not but the reason people were levitating was because during all of those recall scenes everyone in the room was being abducted that is why the Cameras were messing up and people looked like they were levitating because they were being lifted up. And what about the policeman watching the DR. HOUSE and did no one see the spaceship above her house. No.. I think what we have here is a woman on the brink of insanity trying to prove her story to a Society long over due for the truth, from our government. Am I stupid enough to believe the footage is real…. YES…. why because there was no reason to fabricate a lie to make money for this movie by saying the footage was real when it was not. THIS movie would have clearly made money whether or not the footage was real. Star Treks not real but people still flock to see it because of it story line. Yeah you can site blaire witch project as an example of this movie however, I didnt see any flashlights shinning on people, but I did hear the police officer say there was something flying over the Tylers house. And just for a split second the camera in his squad car caught the image of the ufo. No, I do believe that that was real… and there will always be those who say its not. This is an incrediable story. Her husband killed himself because he to like the man who killed his family did not want to live through any more abductions. Her memory off how he died may have been altered by her abductors. Remember during one of the sessions she was told to STOP RESEARCHING… I dont think any of us could possably understand what all of these people went through, the absolute terror of it all. Which by the way was very well conveyed on the screen.
So if DR. TYLER ended up in the looney bin after loosing her husband and her daughter to these things and having her son taken away from her, then that would really be a no brainer to why she was there… and the fact the she is there now… makes this story look less crediable. But then you have the footage to back up her story. Im sorry lets face it… its a true story… plain and simple.

you people are fuking nuts. its nothing more than secret societies and government behind all this. they clearly keep people retarded enough to believe anything, believing its aliens. they have openly admitted to human experiments for years. you honestly think they just ended all that abruptly? use your common sense if you have any. what better way to do human experiments and create new air crafts, weapons and many other things than to get all you morons believing its aliens. just cause some ancient hieroglyphs have carvings doesnt mean they actually saw those things at that time. people have hallucinations all the time. visions still happen. and we have a thing called an imagination. people thousands of years ago were not stupid, they were quite intelligent. do some history reading. my god people they have created a bunch of idiots. no wonder they continue to experiment on people.

My husband and I watched the movie last night and we were both freeked out. I have really never believed in UFO sightings or anything like that. After watching this movie I can’t help but wonder if the “real” footage is real or not. I kind of believe that it is. I don’t see how they could put all the evidence in the movie and say its real and it not be. What about the real pictures at the end of the movie and how some of the real people didn’t want to comment. Wouldn’t they comment and say this is fake? I think maybe they were scared. I am not saying it was alien abductions, but I do think it was something……. Also someone stated before how they would have made a lot of money from the movie no matter what. Whatever the case if it is real, that is scary!!!!

I watched ‘The Fourth Kind’ yesterday night. And I have to say that as strange and outlandish as parts were, it was a good late-night movie.

And I am possibly the farthest thing from a ‘beliver’, yet, strangely enough, this morning I was talking to a friend when I noticed a large tear in the fabric of my pillow case and a smaller one in my sheets. Maybe the aliens took me in my sleep too, that or I’m slightly insane haha ;)

Was this a clever marketing Hollywood movie scheme? Perhaps..As an author of Secret Societies Exposed, Ufologist, Cult Investigator and former law enforcement, I conclude that this movie has profound merits as depicted with their representation of plausible events. Like so, there is no doubt that the film challenges our imagination with the premise of science VS fiction. Nonetheless, we are always fascinated with such mysteries of the paranormal and the universe! Like so, the acting was superb!! I have performed multiple field investigations of such paranormal anomalies and found Parapsychological evidence to support such claims even thought there are many unfounded cases that are classified as hoax.

Im also a Senior Paranormal Investigator with the Florida Paranormal Research Foundation and there are plenty of cases that exist that are beyond scientific and logical comprehension! Interestingly, the real AKA Dr. Tyler never received sufficient assistance in her case and was dismiss by officials since this type of conspiracy theory can never be ascertained by officials, FBI or government. Thus, can you Imagine the social crisis and religious pandemonium that would develop if the government was to confirm that Aliens are real! Subsequently, the Church will also lose its multibillion dollar a year franchises. In conclusion, the truth is out there….seek and thou shall find. I would like to find the real A.K.A. Dr. Abigail Tyler and re-open this cold case file in order for her to receive closure on her misfortune events! She deserves that much!

This film was based on God Yahweh in the Old Testament.

…. the alien says (I AM GOD) in Hebrew it read ha’yah asher Yahweh”.

I AM YAHWEH.

If we take the Fourth Kind as really occuring. I haven’t seen the acutal story. But if we take it literal or as a reality.

Then clearly the director of this film. Knows that UFOS are described solely in the Old Testament, and that these aliens rather it be greys or not, are somthing sent from Yahweh.

Notice when (the alien) speaks he speaks in the 1st person. As a CREATOR or LEADER.

It’s Yahweh! The Fourth Kind is about Yahweh.

Research a man named Prophet Yahweh he would understand what I mean if he saw the film

Matter of fact these people are telling the truth about the government cover up and the 10 percent allotted abduction rate. I don’t know if you have ever heard of the SETI program or project MK-Ultra. Do some research for yourself instead of hastily dismissing information that you do not yourself know. These people are being abducted and are being experimented on, just as we have done with animals. It’s the same thing. I know these to all be truths and before you quickly dismiss what I am saying or before you want to think it’s a joke. Research it. It’s ALL real. If you ask me, I think th biggest joke is to think that we are alone and that our government got all of this technology from themselves. Now that’s funny.

I saw the movie the fourth kind and was very disturbed by it. Brought up alot of questions and alot of good converstion as well. I am open minded here but I feel like lies are told to prevent and confuse the truth out there.
It seems to me through hisory the masses have always been ruled and led by faith and fear. Keep them scared and they will stay in line. But keep them questioning to so we know what they think mentally an emotionally.
There is more to this then we think and yes i think it could have been in a different location too. I know something is coming , what i dont know. more then i feel it.

1st thing, excuse me bout my rusty english…

Hey Guys, I’m new here, and I’m from Brazil.
I’m sacared about Aliens since I was 8 yrld, In this time I saw a documentary about a guy whoo where abducted in his farm and I was at my farm in the moment of the documentary, so I got scared forever with that. This documentary was fake, but messed up my hed abou tyhis tremendous fear I have.
Well with fear it became a certain curiosity to clear up and understand my own fear.
the first step I took was to watch the movie: Where the gods astronauts?

it is a documentary Very old one but this one makes a lot of sense and since this time I begun to trust in the grays as our gods.
U see, what the movie maker tries to tell and to explais is that god is not a force that came from the sky, but it was an Alien and we saw it as a God cause of their tecnology and benefits they made…
There are lots of evidences of it, the egyptians, look at them, they built the pyramids, well as I know even today it would take lots of decades to build it. As I remmember they were made in one Pharao’s life.
If that is true and belive me i trust in the movie (4th kind), in certain parts of this movie the guy that levitates he says something as, u dont need to pray cause I am here… (goosebumps from all my back) as he where God or something else.
In the movie something is missing, as it could be something between God and Devil.
Man this is so disturbing… I got totaly disturbed after watching this 4th kind. If it is true or not it got me a lot of goosebumps and questions, that is why we all should disscuss a lot of things here, without fights.

Jesus was born from the `virgin` Marie…
Well she was abducted by the Holly Spirit… (gray one?)

Jesus had a lot of powers… (alien???)

The mages followed a Star to get to Jesus wen he was born… (Star???)

U see there are a lot of evidences and coincidences…

Hope someone answers this post… I’m new here but I trully want to learn more, I’m 24 yrld and want to get more info from peopple that knows it better than me….

Thank you!

Rodrigo

oh my god…..

I cannot believe that poeple can believe even for a second that this movie is based on real events. let me first say that I belive in life on other planets and even that some of them have visited this planet. I have no proof of that but it seems reasonable. what doesn’t seem reasonable is the bs “actual footage”. nome alaska is in the middle of the tundra. there are no mountains for miles around and not alot of trees. the “actual footage” shows houses that would never be built in a native village. in addition to that nome is primarily native population and there is no “native” looking folks in any of the footage. add to that the fact that warm and lush and rainy would never describe a day in october in nome.

Befor any of u say this movie is a fake For those of u that do Ask urself this have u lived by or in or know anyone that lives by or in nome alaska?? i know 6 people that live in anchorage next to nome adn everything that happend in that movie is in anchorages archives i asked trhem to check it out for me the movie wusnt even realsed in alaska becasue they didnt wanna casue panic noen ofmy friends knew about the movie till i told em about it and they downlaoded it it freaked them out then they went to their library and checked the archives and found the events that happend

this is complete bs. there was an article debunking the movie in the anchorage daily news before the movie even came out. there is no records of any of the things they suggest other than a bunch of locals who disapeared in a place where winters can kill a healthy person who is not prepared and when you take a drunk and throw them out in 45 below zero they are lucky to survive a walk home!

having lived in anchorage for over 40 years I think I would have heard about a man murdering his whole family and then killing himself with no real reason. that kind of thing doesn’t just go unnoticed.

Damn, I have a howl bunch of aliens in my backyard! Anyone want to host some of them? They are mainly from foreign countries, and do not look like us. They have black skin, talk strange and eat food I could never dream about. The movie, good as entertainment, going to scare a lot of teens, and adults aswell. But true? Come on! Anyone who seen Paranormal Activity knows deep inside that when the Universal trailer crosses your eyes it is basically fiction. However, if you download these kinds of movies without the intro from the production companies it seems more scary and true. Paranormal Activity was a low bugdet movie totally fiction, but how it was done made it look real!

Anyway.. It’s up to you, what do you want to believe?
Me, well after reading lots and lots about UFO’s since the middle of the 90s I have become more and more convinced that theres no such thing as green little men, or “greys” or what ever. This is just fiction. And I’ve read the books that is suppose to convince people that there this things exist!

The movie that has inspired so much controversy – “The Fourth Kind”- was truly disturbing to me. If the facts of the movie are true to life, then I sincerely am terrified. You can visually see the deterioration of that small frail woman who now spends her life in a wheelchair. The fact that her daughter is missing and that the police cruiser documented the abduction, and that two patients placed under hypnosis had horrific experiences including suicide and murder are enough to freak me out completely. I believe in many things that cannot be explained away as fiction. I believe that UFO’s exist. Look at the evidence. Every person that I know has some kind of a UFO sighting, experience somewhere in their family tree. Ask around. Lets do our best not to be so stringent on our beliefs that when something is shown to us that needs to be further investigated that we should check it out. No more rude comments please. We all have the right to share our thoughts without others calling us wackos. Watch the movie, do your own research and come up with your own belief systems.

It’s easey to believe in life on other planets….but why do they HAVE to have the ability of intersteller travel? Why is it so hard to believe they are more like the human race, ignorant and for the most part stupid. Everyone who believes in aliens seems to think that they can zip aroud the heavens and visit any planet in any nsolar system they wish to. Asfor the movie…NOT based on true events in Nome. Yea, The Blair Witch Project was real too. Stay crazy people, because at least your entertaining.

Fire in the sky ring a bell?
yup both movies with the same message.
but with a very different ending.
People that have studied this for ages know better than to
post they’re opinion here.
even the guy that was a researcher never concluded with us that this was facts.
We choose to accept what we see as facts or not depending on what our leaders or ones with leadership say.
but i also know and thats a fact that people will refuse with violent actions if need be terrifying truth even to the point of amnesia or worse to protect themselves.
the movie clearly demonstrates that.

real or not i believe its up to you to keep an open mind and for all intended purpose be forewarned or as the saying goes
Ignorance is bliss.

for all intended reasons

So those people who say they have seen UFOs r liars because they have no real evidence,NO REAL PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE TO PROVE IT. So until i see a UFO or REAL PHOTOGRAPHIC evidence or a crash site or meet a real abductie to tell me their experiance of Alien, existance i will continue IN MY DIS-BELIEF

I’ve seem this movie several times, only to find out it’s not”real”. I was just wondering… Could it be, and after the release of the film, were they forced in some way to cover up the fact that in was, in fact based on true events? Considering all the other events considered to have been covered up by the US government, is it not at least a possibility? Ok sure, the”real” Abigail Tyler has another name(I don’t recall it off hand, but you can easily find it googling the movie and keyword”fake”. I’m wondering, who are the photos of at the end of the film, of the”real”Ashley Tyler” she is not the same little girl that plays her in the film. Also, if I were the”real”Abigail Tyler, I too would change my name, after coming out with the film. Would’nt you.

Ummmmm, I left a comment. Wheres it at? did you guys run out of room last year?
I believe the movie is real, seen it a bunch of times. Yes I did research all the same”its a fake, hoax, even the it’s an inside joke for Chapman University excuse”as you did. I don’t care what you our they say. Sure, some got to drunk and fell victim to local issues, harsh weather, wrong turns, fell through ice, animals and even human preaditors. But then, there still some unexplained cases. I believe our government has to cover up things like this movie, but I don’t believe that they want to. I have my own crazy theory on why they that we DO get abducted… Wanna hear? But first, if I was the REAL Abigail Tyler, I’d move and change my name too. Who are the photos of, at the end of the movie, if there is no Ashley Tyler?

Ok, here’s my theory…
The meteor that killed the dinosaurs was (for lack of a better word) a”vessel”of sorts, containing the nessicary dna needed to evolve apes, into the humans we are today. I believe it didn’t get there by accident, either. Yes, I believe there is intelligent life visitors, and even though they ARE more intelligent than we, wouldnt YOU check on, and test YOUR science experiment?! I sure I know I would! All that ancient alien stuff, I believe it too. And our new technology, yep, them too. Maybe we are evolving into what they want us to be. Sure, call me crazy, we all don’t have perfect brains, not yet. We can’t even use our whole brain to it’s full potential. We’ve evolved from neanderthal, and slowly (forgive me, I don’t know the evolution order in between) to modern humans. As far as I know, other species bodies evolved, not their brain. So explain how WE are so”lucky” to have? Them tell me how.

(72) Dave Mowers says:

The scene in her office where she and Campos listen to a recording of her being abducted ends with what the move labels “unintelligible” speaking by a deep-voiced being.

The last thing it says is Shutu.

Shutu is the Sumerian god of illness, disease, sickness and death.

What is the woman’s current condition according to the movie credits at the end; one of undiagnosed disease and sickness.

You’ll notice no contact occurs unless there is first an altered state of consciousness; IE: sleep or under hypnoses. So “they” can only come when your mind is in another state of being which implies inter-dimensional beings or the supernatural. “Shutu” was from a time before letters when vowels and consonants were used freely and interchangeable so “Shutu” could also be said as. “Shata, Shaitu, Shaita, Shete etc. The root of the Arabic “Shaitan.”
