The Varginha, Brazil Entities

By , About.com Guide   February 3, 2010

Follow me on:

In 1996, one of the most investigated cases of alien contact occurred in Varginha, Brazil. This report includes radar confirmation of an unknown object, a number of eyewitness account of aliens on the ground, and the capture of at least one of these creatures.

One of Brazil's foremost investigators, A.J. Gevaerd, has made a video giving more information on the case. Check it out at The Varginha, Brazil, Entities.

Also, check out my account of the incident at The Varginha, Brazil, Entity. Weigh in with any comments you have.

I’ve found that the best way to capture one of those varginha creatures is dinner followed by a movie, preferably a chick flick. But be careful! Some of those varginhas can be dangerous! especially the big hairy ones!!

So the Brazillian military captures several of these creatures, 14 years ago I might add, autopsy those that died, have pictures and video of all of this, presumably had or still have some live ones and what? Where is the world wide reveal? Where are the scientific papers? Where are the pictures and video? Maybe something was lost in the translation but this story is highly suspect.
By the way I’d just like to say, brilliant double post SKEPTIKAL1. Always good to have clear and concise insight posted here.

Hummm, this is a “hard to believe” story.

And Skeptikal1, it’s “Varginha” (vahr-zhee-nyah),
not “vagina” (vuh-jahy-nuh).

But still funny, lol… :)

I have found it’s the ones with teeth you have to watch out for, as well as the ones with critters that will jump 15 feet in any direction. It is a real tough world out there now, not like it was 20 years ago.

Where are the UFO Hunters when you need them? With all of the sightings going on in South America you’d think they’d want to investigate a few. It just seems that SA has been a hot spot for UFO activity for quite a while.

Uneducated the skeptics are. No files, scientific studies? That just validates this history making event in the field of ufology. The event is not acknowledged because it is classified. You could do your homework and investigate and find people who have a “Need to know” reference this event but why do that its easier to make uneducated comments and attack the story instead of doing an actual investigation.

Moreover just being a scientist confers neither necessary expertise nor sufficient knowledge. (I wish it did, sigh.) Any scientist who has not read a few serious books and articles presenting actual UFO evidence should out of intellectual honesty refrain from making scientific pronouncements. To look at the evidence and go away unconvinced is one thing. To not look at the evidence and be convinced against it nonetheless is another. That is not science. Do your homework!
