There has been an excellent report of a USO just east of the Dominican Republic. Though only recently reported, the event occurred on April 21, at 11:40 PM. The report comes from a man and his wife who were on the deck of a pleasure cruiser enjoying the night view of the ocean.
The man first noticed a "white, spherical-shaped light out on the water a couple of hundred yards out from the ship." His wife first thought it was another ship.
Soon, other passengers joined them in disbelief. It was obvious that this was not a ship, as the light began to rise up from the ocean surface. It reached a height of approximately 30 degrees above the horizon.
The object was spherical, and began to perform amazing aerial maneuvers. It would dart like a mosquito, then suddenly sped back under the water. It soon disappeared. Have any of you ever seen a UFO in the water?

This is an interesting case. Multiple witnesses, clear viewing area, seen on, above and in the ocean. I’d be interested to know if the couple that reported it to MUFON made any attempts to talk to the bridge crew that was on duty at the time of the sighting. Did MUFON do any investigation and did they do a follow up with the crew? Good report none the less.

My question to all UFO and USO buffs. Why do UFOs fly about as if they are being piloted by someone who has just stolen the ship and has no idea how it operates .I’ve witnessed it myself. They go forward then backward,up,down any and all directions like bats feeding on insects.

I believe Peter is a afraid, very afraid which leads him to be in total denial of everything that is beyond his miniscule comprehension.
Peter if you would be so kind to enlighten me, How does someone like yourself end up here? There is a vast iniverse of subjects and information on the internet so why come here where a subject is being discussed that you seem to have animosity towards.
High Gravity, when people are confronted by something like this they don’t necessarily think camera right away. They may go for a camera after a time and come back to find the object has disappeared.
The cameras most people carry on vacation wouldn’t be able to take a picture of an object like this at night. It just wouldn’t show what the people are watching if anything at all.
Often people are so awestruck they aren’t thinking about anything but staring in disbelief.
It would be great if high tech cameras with the right film were readily available but eyewitness accounts can be pretty compelling too.

Wow … if you look at say birds who live on earth and how many different types there are, doesn’t this open your mind to thinking there must be other life forms out there in our “vast” universe. Should I really believe anything coming out of the Dominican Republic? Are these wealthy people aboard a yacht? I want to know the people behind the story. Otherwise we have NO idea whether these stories are legit or not. The character of the witness is the main concern. WIthout this the story is meaningless.
The Dominican Repulic USO is nothing new it happened in august 1976 in the north coast exact location Sosua beach saw it with my own eyes and the neighbors were also present the activity in the north region is very active,an extrange phenomena has also develop after one of the earthquake in 2003 a new beach emerged in a location were the waters used to be very deep and the color deep blue.The tetonic plates activities may be getting shaken by something other than nature for whatever the unknown reasons to us.
There is no truth from governments and likely will never be. on the subject of UFO and ET.
With these crafts and creatures being here for as long as mankind..you would think we would be well past the “are they real” stage. It is not that way though ..ignorance has a firm grip over this so called intelligent species called human.
I have seen many crafts at my lake..I have yet to see one go into or come out of the water. For me ..that certainly does not mean they aren’t real..I have seen many crafts and I have had close encounters for most of my life.
The greys seem to be the most prodominant species of ET that we are involved in ..in the present day…though that was not the case earlier in our history.

Believers are just as skeptical of UFO reports as the non-believers. We have seen too many doctored videos and pictures. Thanks to modern computers and digital video software anyone can launch a UFO out of their back yard.

We ‘humans’ may not be the smartest species in our universe. In fact with all our wars and destruction to our little fragile planet we would probably be seen as a Virus destroying the fragile balance of the ecosystem. Just pray that they don’t decide to help the earth by exterminating the human infestation.
I agree with David about not been able to take a camera shot. When one is basking at night on a cruise ship the last thing one would have is a camera. I don’t believe that normal folks would make up something as strange as this. I personally would have been frightened as well as being in disbelief. You would know that it wasn’t a submarine, as they can’t do those aerial manouvers. I have read of USO’s seen by Navy ships etc. but i have never seen any myself. I think i would be taken aback and a bit scared.
