UFO Video from Malaysia

By , About.com Guide   July 26, 2010

Follow me on:

Test your knowledge of UFOs with this recent video taken in Novo Mesto, Slovenia (Central Europe) - Monday, 19 July, 2010 10:30 PM.

Unfortunately, there is little information about the video, and this is one of my main gripes about youtube video reports. Just little things like: Did anyone see the object? Where it was taken? When?

Is this real or fake? Check it out at UFO Video from Malaysia, and tell us what you think.

I agree. One thing bothers me about this video. If you’ve ever tried to zoom into an object that far away it’s almost impossible to keep it in frame. Yet this one is very stable at some points when at full zoom. Maybe he was against a post or something? it’s possible I guess. I would like to have seen the object when it left the area. Did it blink out or just move out of range? We would also want to somehow insure that it’s not a radio controlled craft or some other earth object as well. But for me it’s an interesting video non the less.

I agree that it is very interesting. At first I thought it was a fake, but at the end you can see a man on the right and a building or something that makes the whole thing look pretty legit.

Hi!
just for the info, you wrote “Check it out at UFO Video from Malaysia, and tell us what you think.”

This video was recorded in Slovenia, this is a little country in central Europe and Malaysia is in Asia, it has nothing to do with this case.

Interesting video– object appears luminous in night sky (as opposed to illuminated.) Sequencing video on pause reveals several interesting stills that appear to depict fairly clear features not consistent with a blimp or plane. There is a brightly lit white illumination on the bottom side (from our view) that suggests heat and possibly the emination of energy from the propulsion system. The video indicates loss of fucus periodically, that suggests the photographer had difficulty in maintaining focus, especially while zooming in and out, and/ or the object’s movement frustrated effort to maintain focus. Anyone familiar with shooting video at night under such conditions can appreciate the difficulties involved, even with low light level capabillity. Finally, the craft appears much like others photographed and videoed under similar circumstances. Without detailed analysis, it is difficult to draw any more specific conclusions, but on its face, the video appears to be genuine.

Very interesting video. First impression is that the object looks very much like some type of street light with a halogen lamp. However, when seen in frame with foreground structures it appears that the object is at some altitude, too high for it to be a street light.

The jerkiness and focusing problems would be consistent with video of a distant light source taken with a consumer-grade camcorder. I do question somewhat the apparent static nature of the object, although at one point in the video it appears to be moving relative to some object or structure in the foreground. However, it is not possible to determine whether this apparent motion is due to movement of the object, or a change of perspective as the camcorder is moved from one point to another.

I would opine that this footage deserves some serious analysis by a professional videographer.

Could it be a lighted advertizing blimp? The dark area on the left side looks like a motor pod. And it looks blimp like.

Howdy for Texas

As opposed to the video of the UFO from Ukraine, you posted Billy, which would seem something captured at the spare of the moment, this one is a bit too good, to well-done.

As Kevin points out, there is question about its quality when the object is zoomed. And, as Sam B, I also question the unusual movement of the object, if it’s moving at all.

There is a lot of neat UFO toys, balloon-type-kites etc., out there that are fun to play with.

This actually does seem like a genuine video of course skeptacism is always neccesary when reviewing footage but iv see alteast 2000 bits off footage and do believe this is one of the most compelling iv seen! i think further investigation is neccesary and deemed worthy of such. i saw a ufo for the first time December 31st at 8pm in enfield london it was like a small red orb in the sky atleast 10,000 up it did not move i stood there for 2 minutes it didnt move but i saw a civilian plane fly close to it which was good for my own visual referance, checked the newest videos of 2011 and very very similar red orbs were seen all around the world on the same day!!!! which i thought was very intresting, i never told anyone until i saw these other videos!maybe they are attracted by all the celebrations world wide?
