I have had a chance the last few days to look over some videos that various readers have sent me links to. Here is one that I think you find worth a look.
The video was taken in Rio Colorado, Rio Negro, Argentina, at 7:30 AM, January 12, 2001. It was shot with a mobile phone, but the quality is not that bad.

Looks like someone hung a hubcap from a wire and took a video of it.
If it was a hubcap as you suggest I will bet the tire didn’t ride very smooth beause it was no where near round.
It is rumoured that a lot of information about findings on the moon has been classified by the Americans. In 1988 human footprints on the lunar surface was unveiled by a noted Chinese official who was a member of the nation’s space programme. It was stated by the said official that such information has been received from a reliable source and accused the Americans for concealing such fact. Such photos were from August 3rd 1969 that is two weeks after Armstrong and Aldrin stepped on the lunar surface i.e. on July 20th 1969.
Hub cap by blimey no its a childs small boyant Hellium filled circus balloon in no wind conditions being subject to local Human heat updraft.
Maybe it makes a better UFO than Chinese Lanterns in the night ehh although maybe a little more expensive to purchase but does it cause more global warming ?
