Sometimes when you find a certain article or video it is near impossible to locate the
original source. Such is the case with this footage taken from Chang'e-2 moon orbiter.
Allegedly, it was sent to someone from China, and shows what appears to be a structure on the moon. Now, we have all seen plenty of these, but this one, if legitimate, is one of the best.

If the video is of the Dark Side of the Moon, why are there shadows and light?
If it’s from the lighted part of the moon, then one could find it with a telescope on earth.
Should be called the ‘front’ and the ‘back’ of the moon instead. When the moon is an eclipse that is the back of the moon that you see.
If this were true, wouldn’t we have found it 20+ years ago?
The same side of the moon faces the earth at all times. A lunar eclipse is simply the earth’s shadow hitting the moon, that is , hitting the same side that always faces us.

The video is newer but the soundtrack is from “UFO STORY” which has been on YouTube since at least 2009 when I downloaded it. The original video showed several alien bases on the moon photographed by US astronauts. Interesting re-editing of old story.

It is a US base…we also have them on Mars. No doubt. Not alien at all. Although, “they” do work with us on both planets.
Why is everyone always confused about the “dark side” of the Moon?
The dark side of the Moon is the side facing away from the SUN, not Earth (you know the Sun, the thing that gives out light, so that the side facing away isn’t light, and instead is dark?)
The FAR side of the Moon is the side we can’t see from Earth since one side always faces us. It’s NOT THE SAME as the dark side.
The moon does tilt or wobble very slightly in orbit so at that time only 2 per cent of the back side is seen around the horizon. How can there be a moonbase there.. it would have been a massive programme with transport back and forth from earth and I do not think that could be hidden from the public. Other than that of course it might be just rock formation and the ‘man on the moon’ continues to look down on us because we see what we want to see ever since we all was a child.
