I would like for you to check out a recent video that was posted to youtube. It is of a mult-lit object that was
filmed over the country of Argentina.
This multi-lit object, for the most part, appears to be triangular in shape. This can be most clearly seen when the object moves a bit higher in the sky, changing its perspective to the cameraman.
This object could be some type of advertising craft or blimp, so check this out at UFO Activity over Argentina Caught on Video, and comment on what you think it could be.

A kite,,, really? It might help if you actually view the video prior to making an asinine comment. Then again… it might not!
I don’t know what the flashing lights in the first part were, but the lights in the second part looked like helicopters or small planes. Maybe they were sent up there to examine the flashing lights.
At first the lights dont look like anything I have ever seen. But at the end of the video to me it seems that they are helicopters. You can see airport lights or their just landing in an open area and its their lights. Also near the end of the video as the lights are landing they seem to be in a normal helicopter landing approach as I have seen at my local airport.
