On January 24 of this year, Javier Lopez Posse was outside doing some sky watching when he spotted something
that caught his attention.
Several lights were moving slowly across the sky in Tucaman, Argentina, and at times they formed a triangle shape. It appears that the video was presented in slow motion, and the objects are very easily seen.

An interesting, to say the least. Nighttime videos are almost always vexing because of lack of corresponding detail. Additional information from the source would also be helpful.
I can’t help but think that we will be seeing more and more reports of all types because more people now carry cell phones, are more aware of such phenomena (and by extension are more willing to accept the possibility that UFOs do indeed exist) and are more willing to report such occurrences. Likewise increasing numbers of foreign governments are now more forthcoming about UFO activity, and hopefully one day, our own.
