Photograph of Unknowns over Texas

Though often causing controversy, the best proof we have to establish Earth being visited by UFOs are photographs of unknown objects. We have posted a number of excellent pictures of these unknown objects, and continue to add to our gallery as we receive new images. I have added the photograph discussed here to Best UFO Photos, 2009 Gallery.

The middle part of April would bring an extremely compelling photograph from a man, his wife, and son taken from their car as they returned to their native Texas from the Carlsbad Caverns in New Mexico. Very often, photographs of "lights" or "orbs" as they are often called, are just looked at once and dismissed.

Although the image taken over Texas on 03-10-09 may all into this general category, don't dismiss them so quickly. These are not just "orbs."

As the family made their way through Texas, the man's wife and son saw the objects first. It was close to sunset when the objects were first noticed, moving about 50 feet above the ground, and approximately a mile distant from the family. At first sight, they reported 4 white-to-yellow lights.

The man's wife first thought the objects were distant towers, but soon that theory was dismissed, as the objects continued to move in a lateral direction. Occasionally, one of the lights would pulsate.

After the man was told about the objects, he pulled over to the shoulder of Highway 285 to get a better view. When he first saw them, there were 3 lights moving in a V-shape.

Soon, the objects began to ascend, going to an altitude of about 1,000 feet. They paused momentarily, and then began to move northward, slowly. As the lights got farther away, two of the lights appeared to be moving faster than the third.

Though not evident in the photograph, the objects appeared to be in a connected form, according to the eyewitnesses. Soon, a fourth light appeared, which took a position in the middle of the existing three. Suddenly, all four lights flashed brightly, simultaneously.

The family, standing beside their vehicle, were able to observe the objects as far as 10 miles away. The objects continued to parallel Highway 285, as if using it as a road map.

As far as witness credibility, the man had grown up on several different Air Force bases, and claims to be able to identify all military and commercial aircraft by sight. He is certain that the objects he saw on March 10, 2009, were not any known conventional aircraft.

He adds that the objects made no sound, although any flying craft as close as they were, would have made enough noise to be easily heard.

The man's wife made an attempt to capture the event with their video camera, but the battery was low, from use during their recent trip, and they were unable to get any footage. The one photograph contains the proof of the mysterious objects seen by the Texas family.
