saw a ufo thirty years back,so I believe in them but that footage is ABSOLUTE RUBBISH. And its because of fakers like these that other people dont believe us!

This morning about 5:45am while on my way to work I was amazed to see a bright light similar to a star but with a spiral of some thing that looked like a foggy type of mist that follow the moving star like light. The light was always centered and north east over the Sydney sky it disappeared into the dark horizon in about 5 mins can some one tell me what I saw.

I know we are not alone. I am one of the few that have seen something unexplainable. In the summer of 97, me and my mom and stepdad were camping at Nulki Lake, near Vanderhoof, British Columbia. It was around 10 at night. We were playing cards in the trailer by the lake. There was a vicious storm, heavy rain, thunder, lightning. We saw a craft about 20 feet above the water, and about 30-40 feet from the tree line. It was surrounded by some kind of fog light. About 200 metres from our trailer. It was stationary above the lake for about 5 minutes, then it just disappeared. What kind of craft could do that so close to the water and treeline, in that weather. It was an intense storm. A few years later, they found crop circles in a field in Vanderhoof. They were proved to be authentic. Google " vanderhoof crop circles" and see for yourself. Just recently we have started telling people about it. I'm a former soldier and nothing in the canadian or us military could do what I saw.

and if there were, you couldn't expect a camera adjusted for bright objects to pick up dim objects like stars. The shutter simply isn't open long enough for the tiny bit of light to make an an image.

All of this time I didn't really pay attention to any of this. That was until last month. My daughter and I saw things that we couldn't explain. They keep coming back. We can feel them before we even see them. That is proof enough for me. I just want to know which aliens are hovering around my home?

Let's educate ourselves first, to be able to make a responsible opinion. Billy Meier is the best case i have read in my 30 years of studying this stuff. Don't believe go out there and be prepared, do it for yourself first and then give your opinion. If he wanted fame and money he could have got it all with all the powers he got. But he is not another clown in this circus, he is here to teach us something.

My family has had an encounter with something. It's amazing that we had suppressed the memory until something jogged it. About the same time we had our encounter, several other people I know in a different city had similar experiences. This was back in 86 or 87.

Speaking about UFO hoaxes in general and not necessarily specifically about the status of the Meier photos... While I do think the hoaxes themselves are a problem, it's the gullibility of those who fall for the hoaxes without even the slightest bit of investigation that hurt just as much if not more. The all too vocal "believers" who believe any and everything make it harder for the serious researchers to be taken seriously by the general public. A few nuts are to be expected but the carnival atmosphere created by some believers and the media -- whether it's a hoax or the real deal -- hurts us all. But yes, hoaxes do damage the field too. And hoaxers masquerading as serious UFOlogists do even more damage.
