Do hoaxed UFO photographs hurt good Ufology Share Your Thoughts

I've Seen some strarge things in the sky myself that I believe to have been ufo's. I hope that the truth is revealed before I die. Enjoy your column Billy.

Some do, some don't and I don't know what the criteria is for either. The ones that do do so most harm I think are cases that are considered genuine by most for a long time only to be discovered hoax in later years. This can cause serious researchers to become disillusioned. I think the kind of obvious ones we see alot of on youtube know just keep the public interest/debate going.

In this current age, Ufology is seen more as a pseudo-science if anything. The only 'proof' we have are stories, blurry photographs, and videos of lights moving in the night sky. Certainly not enough to prove that what we are witnessing are actually aliens from another world, but that doesn't mean extraterrestrials don't exist at all. The Universe is an enormous place. Our galaxy, the milky way, is only one galaxy in literal trillions that exist in the Universe. Our star-system, composed of the 8 plants and dozens of moons, is just one tiny star in an estimated 300 billion stars that exist in our galaxy alone. Of these 300 billion stars, a recent survey by astronomers show that every star has *at least* one planet orbiting it. 300 billion stars all formed by the same process, that excrete the nessecary building materials for everything, from worlds to water, and to life itself. This happened to every star in our galaxy. The possibility of us being the only form of life is slim to none

The 'gods' came here when humanity was young and impressionable--to our early ancestors, a cigarette lighter would have seemed magical, even god-like. Nowadays, we would know a machine if we saw one. I tuned in to hear Billys radio interview. I am English and had to smile at Billys broad Texan accent. Although Billy has no ufo/et encounters himself.. he is most certainly driven to delve into all possibilties and I am sure many is thankfull to him for it.
