There has been a lot discussion about the terrible tragedies in Oslo, Norway lately. As in many tragic situations, someone seems to always catch a UFO in a video or photograph.
No exception here. Here is what the videographer says:
UFO at Oslo explosion on Friday, July 22. One minute it's there, the next its gone. The question to be asked is, is it involved with the strange explosion without a crater or much fire damage. You decide, but one thing is for certain we are not alone.

I checked this out with Google Street View in Google Earth. The UFO is definitely a street lamp positioned above the 3-way junction at Møllergata and Skråninga. The closer you get to the yellow building, the higher the angle of view you need to see the lamp.
Sadly I too was watching the awful news in Oslo and also fleetingly saw this object but the enfolding story kept my attention more.

Silly stories like this are the reason no one pays any attention to UFO sightings. What we have now is a case of the Boy that Cried Wolf too many times.

The “skeptics & denial” it’s an easy way out! what with
the Weather itself, Weather balloons, reflective lights & gasses and now street lamps on a string or videoed on a certain angle, Re; the Oslow incident; are you kidding me! what on Earth are you going to say when these beings land to make contact with everyday human beings? pride is a hard thing to swallow more so when we all are contronted with this very situation, evidence is mounting on now what seems a daily basis. I am disgusted to find that so much ignorance is still around today. Let me guess, when contact is made with the world population as I have been shown it will happen by the end of 2012, you who are in denial will more than likely claim these beings are mere puppets “on a string”? I personally take offence to the comment about Billy being “at it again”? when Billy is courageous enough to come forward and present the evidence and dicuss the possibilities, as for you sheptics with your tunnel vision concerning your approach to the unknown, it would seem that our advancements thus far in this world have not been enduced by people such as your selves as negativity does not achieve anything but frustration & ridicule.I speak as someone who knows that these things do in fact exist I do have a well documented story known as the Alien Abduction (Australian Family) 1958 -2010 part 1 through to part 6 & found at niternat.com regardless of those who have refused to open their eyes let alone their minds and wish to remain in an ignorant state. Sheesh, in 2009, I was in Oslo, while I was travelling through Sweden up to Norway with my car, have seen and stayed at this Hotel.

I can confirm that it is STREET LIGHTING. Besides that I had the most amazing view from up there in this Hotel over Oslo. (you should take time off and book there) Been there done that. As I always said before that I don’t see anything in any form of UFO’s over all the years I have not been here,, but I can still say it was a “Streetlight UFO. ”

Maybe I’m blind, but it seems that “street light” is awfully high. It goes way above the buildings, does it not?
The two street lamps at the 3-way junction at Møllergata and Skråninga are suspended on cables attached to the buildings. The lamps about three stories above the streets.

Can I just advise you one small thing you should do tomorrow. Get yourself checked in Specsavers, or the nearest Optician. Take the new prescription, get the glasses, lenses, whatever floats your boat and then watch this video for the sake us all and after you do, sod off and get a life and stop creating doubts in people that are mentally unstable. Streetlamp…obvious. Why do so many see only what they want to see, or, try to punk everyone with their BS pictures/videos?
“Video” – as in cell phone “video?” What crap – the stuff produced by cell phones shouldn’t even be called photos or video. Same for iPods, etc. Get a real camera, for Christ sake! (and stop taking video of TV programs, LOL!)
Have seen 3 real, clear, witnessed Unidentified Flying Objects btw 1965 & 1996. No digital cameras then. No cell phones or iPods, either. These are rare phenomena & we need real cameras and clear views to get decent photos or videos.

I don’t think Billy is up to anything. He’s merely relaying the latest on UFOs that’s in the news and elsewhere. Of course, some “UFOs” are fake, perhaps most, but we’re not going tell which are fake and which aren’t if we only go to sites that do the selecting for us.
Considering this particular case in Oslo, it may be a street light. But, if we are going to take what retired military officiers keep telling us that nuclear installations have been played with by UFOs we might suppose that we’re being watched very carefully by ET. And the tragedy in Oslo may be of interest to them. Who (among us earthlings) knows?
It may not have been a ufo, but it certainly wasn’t a street light either, because the first time you can see the object, then the second time, it is not there, and street lights don’t move, and my wife didn’t think it was a street light either. First it’s there and then it isn’t. Do street lights in Norway move? I doubt it. There are too many skeptics out there, I guess they are afraid that flying saucers do exist, and this object may have been one.
The street lamps do not move, but the videographer was continuously walking down the street while documenting the tragedy.
It’s better to make use of original material from the source. In this case, the videographer was Christian Aglen, who is a development manager for E24, a financial news website.
